Strongly recommend against this establishment. Here is our wedding ring story: My fiancee dropped her ring on November 19 and was told it would be ready with a new setting on November 26. First they forgot to order the new setting, and later they ordered the wrong size. Communication was lacking and we had to reach out to them several times to remind them. Even on December 10, when she finally picked it up, they did not call to say it was ready. Worse still, it was 10k gold instead of 14k gold. The seam from resizing was visible as they used the wrong material. We found the owner to be uncommunicative and unapologetic. We are seeing another jeweler to clean up this mess.

My wife and I had such a great experience here! My wifes wedding band was damaged and Rhonda helped us pick out a new one. They also polished up the wedding ring, and strengthened the setting for the diamond. Within a week we went to pickup the new band and polished ring. My wife liked the new band, but was not as ecstatic about it as she thought she would be. We went back a few days later and once again Rhonda offered some suggestions and when the work was finished we were super pleased with the finished product! I would highly recommend this jeweler. 5 Stars!

Went in looking for a Citizen watch. I found the one I wanted and had researched at the Citizen website. MSRP on the watch is $197 and most of the bigger jewelry shops are a bit cheaper at $160 or so. I was willing to pay MSRP but when I seen $429 for a sub $200 watch, it was time to leave. It seems their pricing for the neighborhood and clearly intentionally when the manufacturer tag was removed or covered with their own. The 2 stars is only because the woman that helped me was friendly.

I been a client of this establishment for over 4 years since I moved into the virginia area. I go to both locations depending where I am but I wanted to point out how amazing the staff and the service is at the Alexandria branch. They are always happy and welcoming to see me. They are very honest and I never feel I am being pressured into buying anything. I recently bought my wedding bands from them and they were very accommodating to resize it few times to be the perfect fit.

Amazing customer service and workmanship. Brought my wedding band and engagement ring in with the idea of putting the two together. They spent the time to understand what I wanted done and ensured they could do the work without damage to either ring. They cared for my rings like they were theirs and the end product was better than I could have dreamed. The price for the work was beyond reasonable and the will continue to have my business.

Exceptional customer service! I highly recommend them. I had my grandfathers pocket watch which was very sentimental to me, i took it to many jewelers and all of them refused to touch it. I was recommend by a friend to see Rami (the shop owner) who took it without a doubt. He completely refurbished it! And now its keeping time and looking better than ever. Thank you Rami for being there.

Only had to get a band fixed on my watch and was in and out in less than 5 mins. I was also impressed by how he was talking to a customer in front of me. He listened to the problem then gave a few opinions as to what it might be. Clearly thinks about any problem on the spot and quick analysis. Will be returning here if a real issue with my watch comes up.
