One of the best shopping experiences Ive ever had. I was having trouble finding an anniversary present for my wife, as her tastes are very specific, and very expensive (and Im not swimming in loot by any stretch of the imagination). Despite thinking a mom-and-pop jeweler would be out of my price range, I was getting no where in my search and I was desperate so I thought Id pop in to Hendersons on my lunch break as they are right up the road from me. Not only was Anne VERY helpful on my very first visit, but after telling me she didnt have what I was looking for, she says she would try and find it for me (I thought "haha good luck with that") and follow up. She actually DID follow up with regular updates on her search, and after a week she found almost exactly what i was looking for! I had narrowed it down to another pair of earrings though (not quite as close to what my wife wanted however), so she suggested if I bought the other pair to bring it to her shop so I could compare them side-by-side. So I did, and the difference was night-and-day, despite being about the same price. Everything about the earrings she found were just sooo much better quality. So I returned the earrings I bought from the other place and bought from Anne instead. This was the short version of my experience, the long version is just more of the same: Anne *really* bent over backwards for me, and for a first-time customer that was even more amazing. She took a lot of risk for me, asked for no commitment, and all the while being extremely friendly. I wish all the businesses I deal with were like this. If youre thinking of going here for the first time, I PROMISE you will be very satisfied with how you are treated.

Henderson Jewelers created an absolutely beautiful necklace using diamonds from rings that once belonged to my mother and both grandmothers. I didnt know anything about them prior to my first visit other than what I read on their website and Facebook page. Ill admit I was a bit skeptical at first after being greatly disappointed from a visit to another jeweler for the same purpose. But as soon as I first walked in the door, I was welcomed by Jane, with a big smile and pleasant greeting. She was so informative in helping me select an appropriate pendant. When the pendant arrived, David offered suggestions on how the diamonds could be arranged for best appearance. The result is a beautiful keepsake filled with many memories. I had spoken with Anne on the phone, but it was a pleasure to meet her when I picked up the finished pendant. This was a wonderful experience and Im happy to recommend anyone who is looking for fine personalized service and a top quality product. Im so glad I found Henderson & Co Jeweler. Wow, this place is amazing! I came in looking for an engagement ring. After coming from another jeweler that drove me away with very poor customer service!! David and Anne both knocked everything out of the park. Without a doubt took my stress off of the whole engagement ring shopping. They didnt have a ring i liked, but Dave quickly said lets design one! Not only did we design a ring that was just perfect. But Dave took the time to perfectly explain everything about the diamond and the ring! This place is amazing i will never shop at another jeweler but this one! I have a 20 year old diamond solitaire that lost a prong and ended up needing a new head. I took my ring in 3 separate pieces (diamond, ring, and head) to Mr. Henderson. He listened carefully to my description of what my ring looked like originally. He recognized the name of my jeweler, who is now retired, and was able to locate the same head that was used originally. Mr. Henderson exceeded my expectations and provided me with a finished diamond solitaire that looked exactly like it did when I first received it. Thank you Mr. Henderson!

Words cannot express just how BAD the customer service is at this place. When I entered, no one greeted me. They did, however, stare at me as if I were interrupting their party. Despite this rudeness I stepped up to the counter. An elderly woman approached and stated "we are busy with our regular customers. Youll just have to come back". Im sure I am never going back there. My recommendation is that everyone steer clear of the place. ITS A HELL HOLE OF NEGATIVITY.

Wow! My custom ring was beautiful! Hendersons does a terrific job on everything they do. I love the fact that all work is done in-house by a jeweler (David) with 40 years experience. And, when it comes to helping you find just the right piece, Anne is practically psychic. Came here to get my new watch re-sized and I am very happy that I did. Anne did a fantastic job! She sized it perfectly to my wrist and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. While I was waiting, I checked out the jewelry selection which is absolutely stunning. Whether you are shopping for jewelry or need to get something fixed, I would highly recommend this place!

Returned from the Dominican Republic with a lauramar ring that had a damaged band. This shop was able to take the lauramar stone and put it in a new silver ring that fits perfectly and looks great. Worked with Dave Henderson; was very friendly, excellent customer service, and very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place!
