Mountz Jewelers is terrific. I started shopping for an engagement ring in February, traveled to all sorts of different jewelers, and returned to Mountz to make my purchase 4 months later. After talking to Patrick at the Harrisburg location on the very first day of looking, nobody in the area even came close to how helpful and knowledgeable he was. Add to that, the fact that Mountz deals primarily in GIA or AGS certified diamonds, and I easily decided that they would be my choice for such an important piece of jewelry.

I have dealt with Mountz for a number of pieces. The service has always been good. I was even being very difficult on a piece I was considering doing some custom work on and they were extremely patient and helpful. I ideally went with a family ring from the catalog with the basic customization rather then turning another ring into a family ring, mainly due to cost, but they were very understanding and continued with good service even after I lowered my spending threshold.

When I asked to see a ring, an associate asked another associate to show it to me. I over heard, "Do I want to show her a ring? NO!" I was shocked by the poor customer service and escalated to Deb. Supposedly it was resolved but I ran into another service issue at Camp Hill today. Doesnt seem like Mountz values their customers...

Cant say enough good things about this place. Was the only place that seemed to understand my budget was a number I was looking to stay under, not double! The manager Lisa went above and beyond helping me order the perfect ring when we couldnt find exactly what we wanted in store.

Patrick at the Mountz in Harrisburg was amazing. We custom designed both the engagement ring and wedding ring and he was flexible, creative and knowledgeable. We went back and forth several times and he was very patient with us.
