The experience I had here was amazing! Everyone was so nice even though doctor was so kind. Even though I know my retinal disease can be very confusing and aggravating the doctor handled it very calmly to the best of her abilities and I got a prescription that helps me see more clearly than any other eye doctor has ever prescribed me with. Even the front desk staff was kind and polite. The lady was about my age around 23 and so she was able to very efficiently help me pick out frames that suited me very well. I am all around impressed. Many others should give vision works a shot. Youll be impressed. Oh btw they run $10 eye exams every now and again.

The frame, although not up to the moment stylish, were a decent price, but the single vision lenses were expensive. Together, this place isnt such a bargain. Be sure to ask if you can get two for one. They dont advertise this, but sometimes its available and its good to have a spare. It makes the place a deal.

Will never go back to vision works. Wasnt happy with service or quality of my glasses in the past. Just Stopped in 40 minutes before closing, told them I was just browsing real quick. The girl said under her breath a minute later "well I was going to bag, now I have to wait". Great customer service.

Rude staff! They allot exactly 15 mins per appt & schedule them back to back to back.... if you are so much as 5 mins late, youre screwed!
