It took them more than 3 weeks to get my boyfriends glasses done (they blamed it on the insurance company), and its been 4 weeks since I ordered contacts through them. I called today and they cant seem to find my order, and told me to "call back, dear". I dont normally mind the "dear" talk, but when they are that incompetent, they shouldnt call me a dear. It is hard for me to understand how they can mess up a simple contact lens order (and repeatedly, seeing other reviews). Also, the doctor was very business-like, not inspiring a bit of confidence medically. They "dilated" my pupils, but they were not dilated at all. And then I had to wait forever to place my contacts order with the staff, even when it was clear from talking with this doctor what exactly I was ordering and it wasnt like I was going to shop for frames. All in all, I didnt feel like anyone working there had half a brain.

I had a really terrible first experience at Neovision. The eye exam felt rushed and impersonal. I never felt like I was given a thorough eye exam. Both the doctor and his assistant were talking to each other, taking calls on their cell, and just over all acted unprofessional. My first exam and interaction with the office felt odd, rushed, and like no one cared in the office cared about me as a customer. My intuition was right. When I got my new glasses, they were the completely wrong prescription. I couldnt even read from a book. When I went to return them and get replacement lenses, they made me feel like I was an inconvenience for them. I was unable to get another eye appointment for another month, as the doctor spends his time at his other offices. I didnt even get an apology. Go elsewhere. Theres plenty of other optometrists in the city.

The staff here need to look up customer service in the dictionary. The saleslady who waited on my husband and I made me feel like I was bothering her to do her job. She showed us one pair of frames that we didnt like and then insisted that they were the only pair that would work for him. They then told us that there was no one else in Pittsburgh who would take our insurance and encouraged us to look elsewhere. Well, we did and received wonderful service, selection, and expertise at Eyetique in Squirrel Hill.

Great experience! Was able to get an appointment quickly. The doctor was patient, knowledgeable, personable and thorough.
