Our son broke his glasses last night at a restaurant, so we searched around for any eyewear store that is opened-found LensCrafters at the four seasons mall and went in. The man that helped us had a name tag(-- Retail Manager). He explained how our insurance will work and we looked around. Our son found what he liked and we went to the manager to finalize and thats when the problem started. We asked him if he could tell us about how much we would pay out of pocket since they are not In-Network, he said he had to call our insurance and we said ok sounds good. Then he said he could not call unless we were definitely buying because he had to go through the whole process. And I said we understand that. I said "you need pre-certification, I understand that, go ahead" and replied "you have to be buying it for us to call them" My husband said "you are not in network, so we need an estimate, if the price is too much, then we cannot Pay what we dont have " he said, also there is the process of calling the insurance back to cancel. And I told him, "thats ok, I can do that on my own, its not a problem. This round about conversation went on and on, and my husband said, "so you cannot say a rough dollar amount". He then did his calculations and said maybe around $275 after insurance but hes not sure. As he says that, he reaches over to my 8year old took the glasses from his face made some adjustments and put it back on his face and said "they dont fit, sorry its not like Im trying to take the glasses and kick you out or anything " I said hes 8years old, we want him to buy and wear what he likes, the fit is not as important as him get up and putting them on because he needs them, he picked it with the help of his dad". This is my account of what happened. We are still confused as to why he will NOT pick up the phone and call the insurance and make a sale. He had a family of four in his store(first time EVER) in any LensCrafters. We all wear glasses except our 4 year old, even our whole extended families wear glasses/contacts. And contrary to what he said, YES, you took the glasses from my sons face and kicked us out. We even asked that he really like the frames, so we like to buy the frame and take to our In-Network doctor to get the lens and he said "oh-no its always best to get everything from the same place because they have to send the frame to whoever does the lenses and thats a lot of work " WHAT????? I have had all night to think about it and we talked about it as a family-I have met sales people and I have met this guy??? I cannot explain what that was…My husband and I are due for eye exams, new frames, and contact lenses and we thought, its not bad to pay a little extra to get your glasses on the same day but I know it wont be at a LensCrafters.... Confused to say the least. This so-called retail manager needs to go back to training.

I was shopping around for a good price and made the mistake of going into this store. The service was terrible, staying quiet while a couple was waited on who walked in after me I sat there for 15 minutes until I was finally waited on. She asked me for my address, birthday, phone number amoung others then she asked about my insurance only to find out that they were NOT in net-work with B.C.B.Shield. They should have a list of providers posted so we dont waist our time. I wouldnt go back there again if they gave me half off.

Stephen did an amazing job taking care of switching out my frames!! LensCrafters has a new customer-for-life in me due to their excellent customer service and quality products. I highly recommend this and every other location as everyone that Ive been to has had the same high quality customer experience. #worhtthewait

I called twice at around 7:30 to see if i could get my new frames fitted to my lens they didnt after ringing twice i heard a click on the other end, meaning they hung up on me on both occasions! If you wont even amswer my call i can imagine how you are in stores, especially looking at other reviews

Went in for frames and lenses, was seen immediately with GREAT customer service!! My new glasses were ready within an hour :) HIGHLY recommend this location, quick and easy process!!!
