First off every salt tank was covered in algea and bad growths.. stuff thats really hard to get rid of once its in your tank. Secondly the conditions for the fish were unacceptable ... I.e. putting tangs, multiple, in a ten gallon tank with NO flow what so ever is horrible. The rest of the tanks were obviously not maintained, and if they are who ever is doing it has no idea what they are doing with salt. I changed my mind on buying fish and went to buy some reef pods... the ones they had in the fridge had expired nearly 5 months ago. I was disgusted, I will be sticking with Frazer zoo from now on... such a mistake, not to mention their rediculous prices.

We got our sweet bunny from there a few weeks ago. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The kids always ask to stop by to see the animals. My only complaint is that there is a very small section for small animal products, but they have so many other things that it makes sense. There are plenty of items for dogs, which was great for us when we had one. We also buy plants there--many to choose from--and once again the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

EVERY animal I introduce to my family comes from this store. The workers here know how to handle them and get them used to proper home environments. Chinchillas, Birds, Cats, etc. Also a huge selection of foods and supplies for each type of animal. Ive loved this store since I was about 6 years old and I still go there today for supplies as a college student. (Top notch plants for gardeners too)

My time at your store was great! So much to see and so many helpful workers. But my time was mostly spent in the aquarium section and the girl who helped me was outstanding. She listened to all my concerns. And I left the store with a great expierence! I believe her name was Valerie. A special thank you to her. I came for West Chester passing many pet stores. And I will return.

We bought our kitten from here and she was in terrible shape. She was malnourished, has a respiratory infection, filthy, had ear mites, WORMS and fleas. I took her to the vet immediately after we got her. I have another cat and know how to properly care for animals. DO NOT buy animals here unless youre prepared for that. Youre better off picking up a feral cat off the street.

Great friendly and helful staff, great selection of products and Ive always been pleased with their fish. A wonderful place to find natural dog food and pet foods for those with sensitive stomachs or food allergies. Highly recommended.
