This is the best pet store that I have ever been to! Im a bit of a foodie myself and I love being able to buy organic grass fed food for myself. Ive lived in many different places where organic and ethically raised food was easy to purchase. Delaware isnt always one of those places. Not only is the customer service amazing all of their products are super great too. I love being able to pronounce the ingredients in all the foods that I give my dog babies. The staff was really knowledgeable and helpful. They even get to bring their doggy to work and I think thats just great! This will probably be the only place I get food and toys for our 4 dogs ever again. As for the one star review below, get a life! Opening hours are posted for a reason. Have some patience and chill for 5 minutes so the employees can get themselves situated and ready for the day.

This is the most unique and coolest dog store I have gone to in Dover! The employees there were extremely helpful, and very knowledgable about their products! I knew I had to get something as soon as I walked in! The atmosphere was incredible. As soon as I walked in I saw delicious treats of all different varities for all kinds of pets! Definitely a place I would recommend going to.

Zero. Theyll be out of business by December, 2015. Why you ask ? Im standing at the door at 9:55 am and the guy inside is right there at the door but wouldnt let me in til 10 am when they open. This is how they care about there customers... and their store.
