Sporting goods personnel was in the electronic goods section forever flirting with a customer on 8/13/17 @ 1pm. I waited for 20 minutes. He came over to speak to another customer in sporting goods and left right away. I went to customer service right after and the woman said there is no way to look up inventory on the computer. Instead she used the radio to see if she can get a hold of the sporting goods guy who responded by saying my product wasnt in stock... surprise! Every employee I saw was on their phone hidden in aisles or in groups talking with each other. Hopefully management can use the management by walking around technique and enforce the no cell phone policy for employees.

You would think their pharmacy is convenient because you can shop while waiting to pick up your prescription...WRONG! I dropped off my daughters prescription which was a antibiotic and it took them 3hours to fill it. I left and came back twice. Both times they promised to have it filled in a hour. I then switched to CVS which fills your prescription while you in drive threw so you dont have to take your sick baby in and out of the store!

Clean store. We were looking for something specific and they didnt have enough. He said there was no way for him to know what other stores have. We went to the bechtelsville one and the guy pulled it right up on the gun. Customer service did try calling another store though. The lines were short and that made check out a breeze.

Pre-order the new Nintendo nobody from the manager on down to the layaway people have any clue what theyre doing there so poorly trained made me leave a penny balance on my pre-order couldnt answer if I forgot a penny on day of pick up if I could still get my item they looked at me like I asked them if they spoke Italian

One of the best walmarts Ive been to. Well serviced, clean, less crowded, and way more friendly employees than most walmarts. It is after all A walmart, so same products and layout. But a very nice visit indeed, the a/c provided this nice white noise along with the dyed concrete made it feel less industrial.

I can save Walmart millions of dollars annually.... get rid of all but the 3 cash registers you normally have open. It is ridiculous that lines are stretching into the aisles on the 3 open registers and mangers casually walk around looking instead of hoping on a register.

Good Grocery section. A sewing station. Outdoor garden shoppe. Auto Center. Clearance Area. Hairdresser, Vision Center and independant fast food stores located inside. You could get all of your shopping done here. Low Prices. Big Parking area.

Usually have good stock on items and the order on website & pickup at store on the app. Is great...Shop& pay online, than walk in pick up your order & your out...Much cleaner than the Pottstown or unfortunately even the boyertown store...

We were on the hunt for a good sized watermelon for a party project, Walmart had it and for almost half the price of the local grocery store. Keep your nose open for the burnt chocolate smell of the local factory.

Very very convenient! Has all your basic small town needs, but when visiting other Wal-Marts you can see just how little and empty this Wal-Mart really is! Selection is very limited. Workers are pretty friendly!

East Greenville Walmart has filthy restrooms, never quite has what your looking for and prices are crazy sometime way higher and sometimes a little lower than other stores including other Walmarts.

We couldnt find any to help us. Walked around, then used the phone on the counter. No one any where. Left our stuff and walked out. Stopped at the East Greenville store and got the help we needed.

The prices are decent but the employees often dont acknowledge customers that need help if its "not their department ". Bathrooms are not typically clean and shelves are often not restocked.

Isles are clear not cluttered and Always very clean. Shelves are stocked and staff is friendly. Not as busy as other Walmart stores, checkout is quick. One of my favorite stores to shop at
