Waited to get copies, was told they were too busy to copy for me. I would have been fine with dropping off and coming to pick up. Was directed towards self copy machine. Tried to get it to work, failed miserably. Waited to ask for help, the gentleman working took the guy waiting after me saying I was already being helped, which I wasnt. The woman working couldnt be bothered with anything. Terrible experience waited about 30 minutes at the counter while they seemed too busy to be answer a simple question on the self copy. Terrible. Rest of the store is usually great.

Trying to print a label from my phone to put on a package that I was returning which did not come with a return label. It caused me a lot of headaches because my phone service had been turned off. Nick an associate there was able to do it after trying a few different ways and it worked! So I was so happy and he was great! I will always go to him with all my printing needs! Thanks Nick!
