So Ryan from Applied PC got back to me. There was some sort of email mix up between us and I am changing my review to reflect that this business is OPEN and does reply to emails and is really concerned about customer service. So no need to have my old negative review anymore. Ryan was eager to work with me and concerned that I had a problem contacting them. Ive taken my personal and business computers here for the last 5 years. My business cant run if i i dont have my computers, and they make sure Im up and running as fast as possible. unlike the last guy Ive never had an issue reaching them by phone or email. I can assure you they are still in business. The problem might be on your end, try stopping by the shop seems like your having some issues!

I went there asking for a RAM upgrade, thinking that it would make my computer run faster. Instead the technicians explained that I needed a hard drive upgrade from HD to SD. I went through with it, and the laptop is working very well, no freezing, and no funny noises. Never knew that it was the hard drive, rather than the RAM, that was the culprit. Highly recommend this store.
