The service is awful. Do not buy any ink from Second Source. I purchased ink that did not work and tried to return it and was treated like a thief. Ken accused me of trying to return the ink after I was done with it. They stated that there is a ten day return policy, but only eight days had passed since I purchased the ink. I never got refunded for all the ink. They only took back the cartridges that they could sale again. They double charged my credit card in an attempt to return some of the ink that they could resale. There is one guy who works on the laptops who is really nice, but everyone else I have met there are jerks. I hope they read these reviews and get better at their customer service. -Isaac Freeman

It was my first time being at the store and the clerk was very helpful. I was currently looking for a 17" Computer Monitor since I was using a CRT Monitor and it was hurting my eyes so it was time to get a more modern monitor. I settled for a used 17" Dell Monitor for $50 which was very good pricing in my opinion since new monitors go for $100+. Anyways the clerk tested the monitor out before my presence and it worked wonderfully so I went ahead with the sale and now Im rocking on a nice 17" Dell Monitor and my eyes feel much better now. I highly recommend anyone in Delaware or the tri state area to come to this store for their computer needs. I am a very happy customer. :)

The left hinge on my computer screen was loose, my mom brought it to this location. The man "snapped" it back into place and sent her on her way. When I opened it at work today the left side of the screen was completely cracked internally where the hinge connects and only opened half way. The man was very rude and said that it was brought to the store like that when it surely WAS NOT! The hinge that he fooled with along with another piece fell off at the counter. He told me one story and my mom another. Very rude, and unprofessional on top of busting and damaging my computer forcing me to get a new one. Thanks for nothing.

Took in a notebook to get a repair estimate. The store wasnt opened yet, but the guy let me in and took a quick look at it and told me best case the system needed to be reloaded and worst case the hard drive was bad. I didnt want to check it in and asked him how much and he didnt charge me.

Took a notebook to Second Source that was told had a bad motherboard by Staples. The tech pulled the battery from the notebook and it turned on and he didnt charge me. Saved me a lot of money. Thanks.

This man will lie to you about a 90 day warranty and do anything to insure you that he will take care of everything. When you bring the device back he doesnt know what hes doing.
