Sprint, the store, is OK. Sprint the Network, is not reliable lately. Sometimes I get multiple messages that dump in all at once, and they were missing for over half an hour. I have lost work over Sprint. When I called the store to ask about outages, they asked me to come into the store so I can tell them where I was located when the service wasnt there. I told them that I dont need to drive to a store to give them the address where I was located all day long, and the service failed. My phone indicated no trouble with battery or signal, yet Sprint didnt deliver messages to me. Last week I was told that my office was calling me with a dispatch and they kept getting my voicemail. I looked and my phone log showed no calls at all. They are not reaching my phone, just being tossed into voicemail. Im really tired of Sprint, and Ive been a customer for 20 years, but I think its time to change.

Went to store yesterday to receive my free gift that I was only made aware of by text message from sprint been a loyal sprint customer for eight years. The guy working there was quite rude said well we dont give the free gift unless you buy something. Well then its not free right ... Which I remarked only to be ignored by the same employee who then blatently and rudely started hi fiveing and laughing with another co worker that just walked in the door. This place needs help and needs to realize that Im customer and not an inconvenience because that is how it felt. Not once have I ever experienced such rudeness from another person let alone a person in the customer service field. This guy needs to be fired or trained correctly its unbelievable actually Im still in shock from my experience. Have a great day ! Sprint blows

If I could get negative stars I would. I have never been treated more poorly in my life. I dont believe in writing negative reviews, but in this case it must be done. The team members have ZERO sense of customer services or even general respect when dealing with other people. I was charged for 2 phones with one line, given a malfunctioning phone that, even though the team member determined was not my fault, couldnt be replaced? Then when asked to speak with a supervisor, literally laughed at. Switched to AT+T went through the trouble of even getting a new number to get away from them. AT+T took care of me, only a few dollars more per month. I havent been with Sprint for 2 months, and yet I am still having issues with their billing system.

I went to this store about a week ago & asked about my bill & some questions on my phone, and the manager there was SUPER rude and she was doing too many things at once and customer service... forget about it. I continued to ask her if she could help me out with what was wrong with my bill and she did look at it but didnt explain anything to me very well. All she was doing was flirting with another male customer in the store. Normally when I go there, the guys there are very helpful and the other lady there is very helpful too. But this time, it was just super unprofessional and I will never go there again. At least not when shes there. Extons store is great though !!!

My experience at the West Chester location was great! Mike, the representative should get 5 stars of excellence for providing excellent customer service. Mike was VERY knowledgeable with service and device questions, along with exemplifying patience and understanding as I was very frustrated with network issues prior to coming in the store. In the past, Chas has always helped provide GREAT customer service with tips and tricks in addition to offering me device accessories that fit my needs every time.

Christine was extremely helpful with assisting me in getting a new phone, which I especially appreciate because doing so was an emergency. She was knowledgeable, straight forward and gave honest, helpful opinions. I did not feel pressured at all which is a problem Ive had in the past in other Sprint stores. I have taken her card and am exclusively recommending her specific service to all other friends and family, as she embodies excellent customer service.

Just moved to the area and was having issues with my phone. I went into this location and saw Kris, he was unable to fix my phone but I was able to upgrade to an iphone 7 and get a wireless hotspot for my iPad and I even saved money, what more could I have asked for? Thank you for making my first visit in a new town so easy. Go see Kris if your looking for great service!

Bad experience. I was provided incorrect purchase price for a new phone, so I signed up for a lease agreement based on bad info. Once I realized this, Arch an "authorized" Sprint dealer was not very proactive in handling situation. Also Sprint could not help resolve since this is not a company store. Best advice - use Sprint company store in K of P.

Mike was extremely helpful and patient in helping me switch from Verizon and from an iPhone to Samsung. He walked me through all the new services of the phone and explained everything very thoroughly. If you are looking for a Sprint service, I would definitely recommend choosing this store and ask for Mike if hes there!
