The assistant manager of the copy and print center was extremely rude to me and rushed me when I tried to order. He failed to explain prices for anything and was short with me whenever I asked for an explanation. Because of this, I ended up paying for something I thought was complimentary considering his attitude. An order that was supposed to be less than $30 ended up being over $40. I am highly disappointed by this professionalism and the lack of care for a customer. I dont work in a copy and print center, so I dont know your prices. They arent clearly listed anywhere anyway.

I got great service, but the self serve color copier was out of service, the price to have them printed by the employee was much higher, and it was frustrating to not have anything that showed me prices for various options. Fix your copier, put out clear price books, and then I could give 4 stars. lower the price and I could give 5.

Theres one overweight white guy with glasses, and short brown hair, who seems to wake up everyday to be a jerk. But everybody else is pretty nice. No one gives great service, in the printing area.

Staff is very helpful. Website and internet connection in store is awful!! Could not make photo gifts on line or in store for weeks due to Staples server being down. Huge inconvenience.
