The worst Best Buy I have ever come across! Every time I go there I can never get a straight answer. Its as if theyre all clueless to any store policy or technical questions. Dont even bother asking them any TV questions because you will get the wrong answers. I Called today regarding a cell phone question and no one could answer them because the mobile dept supervisor nor the Samsung representative was in the store today and when I asked to speak with the store mgr the sales associate says that he wouldnt have any answers either. (Mind Blowing) He goes on to say that he will write my name & number down so that he can return my call and when I asked for his name he gives me a completely different name from the one he said when he initially picked up the phone. I would rather take the drive to the BB in Easton then to deal with this poorly run store. The staff at this location are mainly teens who dont know any better and dont have any guidance from mgmt. Best Buy corp should really consider revamping the staff at this location beginning with the store mgr. I wish I can give this store 0 stars because it doesnt even deserve one.

I went here to buy a charger on Wednesday night. There had to be at least 7+ employees on the floor yet I stood in line waiting to check out for probably 8-10 minutes. I was the only one on the line and it seemed like none of the employees wanted to be bothered. A few were busy but some were clearly just standing around. No apology or explanation for the wait. One even walked right up in front of me and I thought finally I can pay and leave but he was grabbing a gift card of the rack next to me as if I had not been standing there all that time. I stayed very patient. Eventually my boyfriend asked someone if they could help us and we were told once someone freed up. Probably a minute after that we were finally helped and the women that did my transaction had a bad attitude. I understand that it sucks working retail but there is no excuse for that kind of customer service. I do not recommend this location or best buy in general. Next time I will order from Amazon. Will not be shopping here again.

HORRIBLE: they sold me a Samsung TV three days ago that they knew was being produced defective. It was $400 - took all day to set it up, the store person had lied to me and said I did not need to upgrade cable/pay more. WRONG! I had to call for a cable service person to come to the house and I had to start paying more on my monthly bill. When I took the defective TV back today, the SAME sales person said those models have been coming in defective and several were returned. We got a refund, bought another TV at the same store today and that TV does not turn on - I called the store: the in store sales person REFUSED to help me by phone, said to call their Geek Squad who ALSO REFUSED to help me. (I was disconnected, called back, on hold 10 min & then refused all service). Horrible in every way. Incompetent, dishonest, they dont care about anyone.

The only reason I made this stop was because I know they do recycling of old electronics, which I needed to do. The woman who acted as the door check person was really nice and acknowledged me right away when I came in and out but the people who were at the customer service desk? Forget it. Rude and inattentive, stood around texting with their eyes glued to their phones. Meanwhile, I stood at the desk just wanting to drop off a couple of (not exactly light) printers. The girl who "assisted" (and I use that term loosely) me had the crappiest attitude and demeanor. I get it, Ive worked in public service before and yeah it can suck, but come on, all I needed to do was drop off two freakin printers. Put SOME effort into it. I think Ill just stick to the one in Bethlehem.

This store is horrible. On 2 different occasions I was at the store till closing because they kept messing up my cell phone. 1st they told me that my policy was not going to change, when I called att, they said best buy totally messed up my policy and that it doubled in price. Went back the next day for them to only mess it up again. I told them to just give me my old phones back, they told me that the old phones were gone. The rep told me when I traded it in that they keep it for a week just incase you change our mind..LIED. Dont get me started on the manager, I have no idea how he got his position, has no clue on what hes doing. I feel bad if all best buys are run this way. Only time before they go out of business. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION......

I have been to this store twice, first time I knew what I wanted and thought I would be in and out well I thought WRONG!! Cashier took there grand old time checking out customers!! The 2nd time I have a store pickup for 2 video games. This process took so long I almost just walked out to get them else were but after driving there from Wilkes-Barre I decided to deal with the poor serice and remain in line. I have to stay this is the worst best buy I have ever been to!! Sometime this week Ill be forced (well not really only store that had item in stock) to go back to this poorly run store. Let me guess they will take forever once again.

After standing around for almost a half hour without anyone approaching me, someone finally did. I said Ill take this one, referring to a TV, as long as you can help me cram it in my car. He rang me up and did so. I could have been out of there a lot earlier had any associate bothered to talk to me rather than letting me just stand there. I tend to be a very patient person but they almost lost the sale due to me not wanting to wait much longer. Also, not all employees in the vicinity of the TVs were with other customers. 3 stars because I like my TV and the guy who eventually helped was nice and courteous.

PC and TV sections have a lot of knowledge. If you are looking to buy computer parts and have any questions, talk to James, he is great. On the other hand, some of the staff at the front have no idea how the store policy works. I swiped my Best Buy elite card and mentioned to her my status. When I went in and asked how many days do have to return this item, they said "15 days". Then I corrected her and told her that this status allows for 30 days. She had to go look it up to verify. Surely she should know such a basic fact. And this happened on multiple occasions with their desk staff.

Awful. Workers are all young kids who care more about flirting with each other and catching the breeze than serving the customers. You can tell before even walking in that this store is not well managed---the trash is constantly overflowing outside the door! Let us try being a bit more professional? Go to Staples for a new computer. They are happy to assist you and find you the best product for your needs. As for other items? Unfortunately, a computer has replaced the need for a human sales person. Ill stick with Amazon. Great warranty, no idiotic employees, or long lines!
