We should be able to give zero (0) stars. Will never do business with them again. Told me after initial payment, item would be shipped. Now they want more information and probably more money before they ship it. On top of that, their customer service has to be the worst Ive ever experienced. Rude and yelled at me. And their on-hold music is very offensive. Very explicit music. Working with bank to have initial charge reversed. If not, they can just keep it. Im done with them. BBB, here I come.

They lie to get your money they tell you that you have been approved for this amount of money and when you order and they tske the first payment they send you and email saying you need to make 6 more payments before we can ship you order that should have been said to me before you took the first payment so I could make the decision to order or not. Then when I called ai was hung up on 2 diffrent times by 2 diffrent people. So this place is not a place I will ever do business with

I have been with mdg for as long as I can remeber and they are awesome. Im satisfied with what I got so far. I have 60”Samsung tv,desk computer full package matter of fact I got 2 of those and a tablet,color printer,2 laptops and a surround sound bar and a blue ray that you can get Netflix on it I just love ordering from them. No hassle and I did recommend people to go there a browse for what they want.

I was happy with MDG, I ordered a 50 inch samsung smart tv had the tv for about 3yrs well last week I was watching tv and the screen just went black I have sound but no picture .So I called MSG to see if i can get a replacement or something because im still making payments on the tv, they cant send me a replacement so now Im stuck paying for a tv that I cant even watch!!

Took an extra payment from my account, sent email with no reply, called and for some reason there was no supervisor or manager available. Its called I am going to get the BBB and Law in this for breach of contract and horrible customer service. Oh and charging me 800 dollars for a Lenovo Labtop that was barley 300 at Walmart and Best Buy. Do not recommend at all.

MDG is an awesome place to order from. They only needed 1 payment down to ship my order. However with me living in the United States they ship from Canada via UPS and must clear customs before it can be delivered. My order was suppose to be here today however it is being held up with customs at the moment and can take between a few days or a few weeks.

MDG is awesome. No hassle with the order or shipping. After reading in the agreements that MDG could decide during the verification that they could require more than 1 payment up front I became very pleased that MDG only required 1 payment down prior to shipping. I recommend everyone to go through MDG for cheap affordable payments .
