Worst experience I ever had at any business. The owner refused to help me find the right size bike because I wasnt sure where I was going to purchase one. He told me to imagine if I was a bicycle shop owner, Then to imagine a customer asked for help but told me that they werent completely sure where they were going to buy their bike from, would you help them? I explained that I would because it would be my job. I then said I just started the search for a bike and so far I only looked online. After more disrespectful responses from the owner I told him I would take my business elsewhere. He then, in a cocky tone, told me to have a nice day. I am very surprised this man has kept this business afloat for more than a day. Disrespectful, disgrace of a human being.

I purchased two bicycles there for my daughters and had them work on my wifes and my bicycles. The owner is honest and not in business to get rich but to provide good products and service, all in the name of having fun and being safe while cycling. DO NOT waste your money on getting a crappy bike in a big box store, which in the long run wont last and just might end up doing injury to you or a loved one. Go to Drexel Hill Cyclery! Frank is hands down the best mechanic I have ever known. I have been doing bike repair for over 6 years now, working in 2 bike shops, and his abilities make me look like a five year olds. The best part is that Frank takes his time to work with you and doesnt try to sell you stuff you dont need. If youre trying to buy an expensive racing wheels, but he knows you ride on bad roads, he will actually sell you what you need! Imagine that! A bike shop that is honest and looks out for your best interests first and their profit second :)

The Drexel Hill Cyclery is exactly the kind of place I envision a bike shop to be. Frank is welcoming, helpful, and informative. He has kept me on the road with my bike for a long time. As well as being a great mechanic, he also provides helpful tips about bike maintenance and riding. Each time I have brought my bike to the DH Cyclery, I have gotten it back repaired and ready to ride. This place is a hidden treasure in Delaware County.

I have been going to Franks shop for over 30 years and have bought many bikes there. One story sums it all up. I went there one morning to get my sons front wheel bearing fix for a ride that day. Frank looked at it and said it would take too long to fix for us to wait for it. He then gave us the front wheel off of his own bike to use so we could get our ride in. If you go there just once you will be a customer for life.

Went to Drexel Hill Cyclery for a recreational bike for fun and exercise and Frank filled the ticket. I used to go to this store in the late 80s as a kid - and immediately recognized the owner 20 years later. He recommended a great bike that Ive been loving all summer. You cant ask for better personal service. Great prices as well. 40+ years in business proves this cycle shop is doing it right.

If you want quality bikes and quality service and knowledge, this is the place to buy a bike that will last you a lifetime. Dont buy online, dont buy at big box stores, you are never going to get that quality, knowledge and guarantee that this is a safe bike. Also support your small business owners, they are the back bone of this great country and the economy; not Walmart, Amazon, etc.

Frank is very nice and hard working Guy this was my first time there i got my son bicycle fix in 30min very reasonable price he is like a family with all the customer that i see came in we had a very nice conversation while I was there he been in the business 46 years coming from his dad who passed away last year was 92 years old.... I bought my first touring bike from Frank when his father was the owner back in the 80s, and I have bought both a recumbent tricycle, a fold-able bike, and a childs bike at later times. Frank has always done a great job servicing my wifes bike and mine. Whenever I need to get one of my bikes fixed, Franks bike shop is always the one that is at the top of my list.

Very good bike service in Delaware County. I have used Frank for 4 years and all my bikes have went through his shop. Frank is a great mechanic and he knows what hes doing. I always used to treat my bike like I owned a Ferrari and would constantly go to Franks shop. He taught me an important lesson, that bikes arent perfect! Overall, good experience!

I needed my back wheel "trued"(straitened) and new brake pads. One and a half hours after I walked in... Both wheels had been trued, I had new brake pads, (I didnt ask for this and they didnt charge me for it) new brake shoes and they had straitened and tightened the kickstand. Here is the best part. They only charged me $40. Woohoo!
