Seemed like a good place walk in take to several folks got told I needed an appointment which is fine was referred to 3 different people till some one said the had an idea how to do what I wanted. Ok from there is where it really headed down hill I was asked for 50 dollars to book an appointment so I did. An hour later I had double withdrawn from my account in "holding" ok most of use have seen this befor but just to be sure I called the shop and said whats the deal? I got a little smart ass telling me to call my bank cause there the one with the hold. Not being that stupid I replyed with my bank doesnt care. Its more likely the credit card company POS that old soul tattoo uses after finally getting to admit this he says will I can just do a refund but you may or may not have an appointment then. Its been about 12 hours and I still have a 100 dollar hold and now no appointment. Very very poor customer service they all may be very nice but not concerned about there customers

I have gotten a total of 3 tattoos here by two different artists and I have to recommend this place. Great quality tattoos with very fair prices. Excellent technique among the artists there. Clean work that healed quickly and evenly. Never needed to go back for a touch up or to color fill. I am going back again for a full half sleeve and will use the same artist. Hyde and Ryan are awesome. Great atmosphere in the shop. The other artists have outstanding portfolios as well. Be clear what you are looking for and they can find the right person for the job. You wont be disappointed no matter the artist here.

You just couldnt ask for a better, more unique tattoo shop. The artists at Old Soul are amazing not only as far as their trade and skill goes, but they are very fun, interesting people to hang out and chat with while you are getting or waiting to be tattooed. Everyone feels very welcome at Old Soul. My wife and I have both been tattooed by several of the other artists at Old Soul and are always getting asked by random people where we got our tattoos (because they are totally rad). Highly recommended. Really just cant say enough good things about them.

Just got tattooed there yesterday. Tomas did my calf, and I couldnt possibly be happier with the outcome, the welcoming environment, knowledgeable staff, and overall friendliness of the artists. I drove over 5 hours one way for my appointment, and I can happily say Id go twice as far if I had to. If you are in the area, or thinking of traveling, do yourself a favor and go.

I walked into the shop to get my first tattoo and couldnt have been more in pressed, the staff was great with me. I got the Pittsburgh penguins logo on my right leg above my ankle and Jill krznaric did a great job. I have gotten a lot of that looks great the lines are so straight, THANKS FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE! !!!

I love this place! I got completely drunk and wanted to get my face tattooed. Luckily the artists here had cooler heads than me. Step into the shop, take a look around at the awesome artwork! With several different styles of tattoos, these artists can put that special mark on you.

abosultely wonderful place! they usually take walk ins and the staff is very friendly. 4 of my 7 tattoos they did and im extremely pleased with their work cuz they did all 4 of my tatts free hand and no sketch! love it there. defiantly recommend.
