While on vacation in Miami with my parents I decided that I was finally going to get my nose pierced after debating it for over a year. I searched for the best place that had good reviews and a reputation for cleanliness when I came across Empire Ink. I was instantly greeted when I came in the door and I pointed to a waiting area where I filled out my paperwork. Instantly upon completing my paperwork I was introduced to the piercer, Tatiana who helped me choose which jewelry was the best choice for me. Soon after I was taken back to the chair where she showed me my jewelry and my sterile needle. She was very excellent when it came to not only piercing but helping me stay calm throughout the whole process. She was also very helpful and provided me information about the care following the piercing, and told me about a spray that helps keep the area clean. Overall this was a very wonderful experience and I will definitely travel all the way from Tennessee to this shop in Miami anytime I decide to get a tattoo or a piercing. I highly recommend this establishment to everyone.

Sono stata a Miami per una vacanza e lultimo giorno ho deciso di farmi un tatuaggio proprio qui. La ragazza che mi ha tatuata è stata gentilissima, disponibilissima, molto professionale e soprattutto ha capito alla perfezione ciò che volevo nonostante lo scoglio linguistico che (apparentemente) avrebbe potuto creare problemi. Sono felicissima di essermi fatta tatuare qui e se dovessi tornare a Miami sicuramente farei un altro tatuaggio sempre nello stesso posto! Consigliatissimo!!

I was in Miami in early May, decided on my final night to go in and get a tattoo Ive been wanting for quite some time, I had seen another shop that I wanted to get my tattoo at called The Black Rose, I personally am called the black rose by some, and its a thing I guess hahaha, reviews on that place wasnt much, and the vibe I got when I went was not the vibe I wanted. I had also seen empire ink in the list of shops around, and the reviews were great, so I trotted down the block and showed up just as a walk in. the shop was clean, the staff were friendly , they got me in no problem, the job was done by David , he was great, clean lines, not bad on time, healed nicely as well. I get loads of compliments on my recent work. Theres only been a few people who have tattooed on me and hands down he was really good at what he does, top 2 outta 6 :) I know that if I ever make it back to Miami I wont be going anywhere else 100%.

Jai choisis Sebastian après lavoir vu à lœuvre sur un cover et jai bien fait, il a pris le temps de me dessiner la pièce que je voulais en y ajoutant les détails que je désirais. Le résultat est juste incroyable... jai passé du temps à comparer les salons de Miami et vraiment jy ai trouvé la perle chez empire ink... La cerise sur gâteau, cest quil est très correct au niveau des prix en comparaison de tous les salons de tattoos sur Miami.

My husband and I are visiting Hereford four days from Columbus Ohio for our honeymoon...we were at south beach and doing some shopping in the area, well we knew we wanted to get matching tattoos but being first timers to Miami we wasnt sure where to go. We were passing thru and spotted EMPIRE TATTOO, we were greeted as soon as we walked in, the owner STEVE offered us a complimentary drink (boy did we need it because it was so hot)....we ended up getting great tattoos that we absolutely love and A-M-A-Z-I-N-G customer service the entire visit!!!! I strongly suggest anyone in the South Beach area looking to get a GOOD quality tattoo and feel comfortable while doing so THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Panda did our tattoos btw but everyone was extremely friendly. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK HERE THE NEXT TIME WE VISIT!!! WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

Awesome! First of all, I was having a difficult time finding a shop that I felt comfortable with to do my tattoo because I wanted an original design for my concept. I went to so many places before I finally came to Empire Tattoo and everything I had been searching for was answered. From really good service to very skilled staff and great pricing, the entire experience was much more than I expected. On top of all this, I ended up with a bangin ass tattoo!! The artist who did my tattoo not only came up with an original design almost on the spot, but when I saw the finished tattoo on my skin, it was everything I wanted and then some. I would definitely refer anyone I know to go to Empire Tattoo, the entire staff will leave you in trusted hands. All in all, great service, great staff, great artwork and an amazing experience!

Un super boulot et bonne ambiance!! Venus se faire tatouer en couple pour la fin dun voyage, et très à lécoute et patients malgré la difficulté à se faire comprendre en Anglais pour un tattoo. Tatoués par David Panda pour un oeil de croco et par Andria pour une part de gâteau et rien à dire. Nécessaire de nettoyage fourni en plus. Bonne équipe vraiment et bon travail!!! Je recommande!!

I went into Empire Ink on March 4th with high hopes to finally get a tattoo that I have wanted for 2 years and I am now sorely disappointed. I figured since this tattoo shop had so many great reviews it would be a sure hit, but I was unlucky enough to be that one person with a "bad experience." The price quote I got on the tattoo was below my expected amount before getting it. However, I can honestly say that the artist that did my tattoo rushed through the work and what I thought was going to take at least 1 hour took no more than 10 minutes. Overall, the tattoo is of poor quality, the line-work is extremely shaky, and I am a highly dissatisfied customer. I have 5 other tattoos and I can definitely say that the one from Empire Ink will be getting covered.

My friend and I went to Empire Ink on July 18 because we were interested in getting our nipples pierced. We were visiting Miami from South Carolina and just happen to be leaving that day. Anyways soon as we walked in we were greeted by a lady named Tatiana, who was very welcoming, professional, and very pretty! My friend was pretty nervous but as we talked to her, she made her feel comfortable enough to just go for it! Tatiana took us back immediately and began setting everything up for us. We had privacy, sterilized utensils and a good knowledge of wht to expect after. Tatiana was a blast, she talked to us the entire time which actually helped because it took our minds off what we were about to do to ourselves lol! I had a great experience!

Terrible experience, waste of money, and even worse customer service. STAY AWAY. Went there to get my septum pierced - which they did so poorly, that when I came home to Pittsburgh to get the jewelry fixed (the ball had fallen off 3 days after), they literally took a photo as an example of "how not to pierce a septum." They had done it so low that my body would have rejected it - not to mention, it wasnt even the septum they pierced, but rather some skin below. I was also told they carry some very cheap jewelry. When I called to state my case and ask for a refund (reasonable), I was told they would call me back after chatting with the manager (as they typically dont offer any refunds). Its been nearly a week, and Ive heard nothing.
