As soon as I walked into this establishment, I was immediately attracted to the cleanliness, and comforting layout of the atmosphere. The purple/lavender colors bounce off of the walls creating an uplifting energy, that not only traveled through the building, but also through the employees. Each person I came into contact with, specifically Alex and Eric, were positive, engaging, and were very willing to assist my friend, and myself, with any questions we had. Not only did they provide answers to each question, but each of them were able to respond with confidence, adding experiential, as well as institutionally taught, knowledge, to further expand on our topics of concerns. I was nervous initially (for about 3 years) about getting my naval pierced, but Eric respected my feelings, and empathized with me, providing comfort, and unbiased interactions, which increased my comfort level of having the piercing completed, and by no other shop but Salvation. Eric engaged in conversation with me, as if we had known each other for years. Through conversation, I could definitely tell that Eric not only had a profound knowledge base for tattoos and piercings, but that knowledge expanded further into the health and medical field. This is great because when having any procedure done that involves altering your body on any level, beneath the surface, it is great to know the pros and cons associated with it, and to know that the person completing the task will take caution, and will not place you, themselves, or their team, at risk, for any reason. I appreciated that about Eric. He is a great guy! After my piercing was complete, I spent an equal amount of time conversing with Alex, during my checkout. You would think we speaking about tattoos and piercings, but after we went over the products and recommended regimens, our conversation took a whole other turn, in an absolutely positive direction. Alex has the knowledge of art, and the wisdom of life, both of which he fluently articulates with confidence and passion! I could have stood there and spoken to him all night because positive/encouraging conversations are not ones that you want to walk away from, due to the fueling energy they provide. This verbal engagement with Alex definitely not be forgotten. Regardless of what I am in Miami for, making a stop at Salvation Tattoo Lounge will definitely be at the top of my priority list! It was a wonderful experience, on all levels:-) Recommendation? That is an understatement! This establishment is a MUST visit! There are just no other options when you are in Miami! Salvation Tattoo Lounge is a MUST SEE! The art (tattoos and piercings) is a MUST HAVE! The employees are a MUST MEET! And the atmosphere is a MUST EXPERIENCE!

I went to receive a piercing and on the website for the piercing was for $100 dollars. I get to the shop Hans the piercer say he wont do it because he charges $150 dollars. So after driving 45 mins to get to the shop I say whatever and pay the $150. Hans bring into the room so I can get my piercing. he grabs an barbell jewelry and bends it to the right size for the piercing. I just paid 150 dollars and you dont have the right jewelry. So I STILL decided to go through with the piercing. Hans tells me to breath in and out and he pierce but its not a one poke and straight through its a few pokes like he doesnt know what he is doing. Finally I feel it go through and feel him pull the needle out then tries to put the jewelry through and in my head Im like what the hell is he doing. He going in with a bent barbell and is scraping around in my newly pierced hole to find the other side where needle came out. After a few seconds and blood everywhere I tell him to just stop cause him trying to find the hole was more painful than the piercing. So he say sorry and ask me to pierce me again because he messed up. I looked at him with an are you serious face. I clean up and wait until I can walk again and ask to speak with manager. I tell the manager on what just happened and I had a friend in room that heard him say I messed up and I would like a refund. She tell me that she dont know how and would have to contact someone . But can write on card with her name saying I paid 150 and did not receive piercing. YOUR AN MANAGER AND DONT KNOW HOW TO DO A REFUND RITA AND JOANN. So please contact CEO of company like you said and please give me a refund. I am still waiting on an refund and call back from shop and we are going on almost 3 weeks. And the best part is I was getting an prince Albert so now just imagine what I went through!!!!!!!! Should have went to new age do not go to salvation

I was going for my first tattoo, so I did some research and salvation seemed to be the best. From the moment I stepped in everything was really good, nice professional help and advise. As I said, it was my first, so everybody with tattoos probably knows that thats the most exiting one. I wanted everything to be perfect, because I was extremely nervous. Everything was, until the day of my appointment. I made the appointment a week before, paid my deposit, send email in that week. I had no respond on that email, but 2 weeks later when it didnt matter anymore. That day I had my appointment nobody knew I was coming, nothing was prepared, they couldnt find my paper, I wasnt in the agenda... so you could say that was for me (being extremely nervous) not the best feeling to go into your first tattoo experience. They quickly set it up. I had someone that barely spook English. They were already closing at that time so I felt like a pain in the ass for them, coming that late. (11pm, they close at 12). After all, Im happy with the result and the girl who helped me in the beginning. But the last part, the most important part, was very very disappointing. I also send them an email about the unhappy experience, but didnt receive any respond on that..

Beautiful work done by Kevin Deuso, awesome artist, very professional and extremely knowledgeable in many aspects and fields of art. His tattoo work is very detailed, and he works great with the client. I had a great experience getting tattooed by him. He was helpful in creating my piece, and worked with me to make my experience a very pleasant one. LOVE LOVE the work done by Kevin Deuso and I am satisfied and content that I chose to get my work done at this parlor. Extremely professional staff, as soon as you walk in you can feel and sense the professionalism of the employees. The person in the counter was very helpful. All of my tattoos have been done by the same artist at the same parlor, Kevin Deuso, highly talented and skillful artist. From the moment I walked in to the store , I felt at ease and welcome, they made the experience a very pleasant one. Would definitely be coming back to this spot for more ink. For those of you who enjoy art , hand down and without doubt , I recommend Salvation Tattoo located at 1612 Washington Ave, Miami Beach ,Fl. Beautiful work with talented artist. I would like to finish this review by saying that my artist Kevin Deuso is my favorite artist! Beautiful, clean and detailed work!!!!!
