Tommy Hilfiger Outlet Store A little fact about myself, that many people know, is that I love shopping. I especially enjoy shopping at the Tommy Hilfiger Outlet Store. Shopping can sometimes be overbearing because of the way people interact in stores. I enjoy shopping for others as much as I enjoy it for myself, but anything could go wrong at a store due to communication, interaction, and staff. The reason I enjoy the Tommy Hilfiger store is because I was a Tommy Baby, I remember always going to the Hilfiger Store with my parents. When it comes to my clothing, I am very particular with the type of cloths I wear and the friendly integration with people at the store. The only Hilfiger Store I shop at is the Tommy Hilfiger Store at the Woodburn Outlets. Presentation: When entering the store, I like to see everything organized. Entering the store with a welcoming environment makes me believe that they have great service and they care about the presentation of their store. Once you enter the store there is no shirt, jacket, or sweater out of place, which shows that the employees care about the store and that it’s just not another store in the countless Hilfiger stores in the country. As a costumer, I want to know that the store atmosphere is a professional one because it is a Tommy Hilfiger Store. Price: I am the type a person that like a good deal on exquisite clothing. The Hilfiger Store has an assortment of clothing with reasonable prices. The Hilfiger brand is a top brand used by many: celebrity, business executives, and casual people. The Store offers causal wear under $50, which for a name brand store is a great price especially when spring and summer are right around the corner. Quality Service: When shopping it only takes one person to make a comment to ruin a day. In the store, I did not hear one negative comment, and the store was filled with a positive attitude. The service at the store was amazing, every person that worked there was nice and genuine. Whenever a person who worked there walked past me they always asked if I need help, which make the stores environment more welcoming. The quality of service never fails to amaze me. Time: When it comes to a clothing store people hate waiting in line for a changing booth or in line to check out. I for one do not like wait in line for a long period, but this is not a problem when it comes to shopping at the Hilfiger store. The most I’ve had to wait in line for a changing both is 3 minutes and at the checkout line I only waited in line for 5 minutes. Efficiency: The efficiency of the workers at the store is beyond amazing, they never make a person wait too long and they are always open to answering any question someone may have. I am the type of person to ask question about clothing in the store and the staff there always have an answer, and if they don’t know an answer to a question they are quick to find one and enlighten the costumer.

I went there to do a return today. I didnt have my receipt, so I asked if they could track the order with the credit card that I used to purchase. The sales said their system didnt allow them to do it and if I still wanted to return, they would just give back the current prices of those items. That means I would lost $30! Okay, I dont think any human being would do that if he or she is not STUPID! The sales insisted that he could do nothing, so I talked with the manager, and the manager told me I could go back later next Friday after the prices went up and return them. I think that was the right attitude to solve problems for customers. What made me angry was not the fact that I couldnt return without receipt, it was the sales attitude. He acted like when you purchase something in their store, you are the vip, but if you want to do a return, okay, you are just trash. Anyway, I will go back to return the clothes and will never go back in the future.

Der Laden an sich ist top. Das Personal würde aber kaum wahrgenommen. Ebenso ist relativ viel los. Die Angebote halten nicht mit denen im Columbia Gorge Outlet mit. Der Weg dorthin lohnt sich mehr ;-)

I haved loved your style for many years but there are lots of other designers that have just as nice of cloths so I now must speak with my heart through my wallet since that seems to be the only thing that works in this country anymore.
