I went to this location in December 2015. I did the buy one get one free deal for the Apple iPhone 6s. It was done incorrectly, and I have been paying for two phones since January 2016. It has yet to been resolved and it has been a slow resolution. Im still waiting to get my $600-800 credit. I understand that this issue is not the managers fault. But, its caused me a huge headache to get it resolved. If it was done correctly from the get go back in December, or resolved in a timely matter - I might have a better review.

Ive been a long-time AT&T customer, previously happy with my service. I went in to "upgrade" my phone and change my cell phone plan. Was expecting upgrade cost of phone but was told there was none (discussed monthly costs in detail). Was NOT told I would be financing phone over 30 months. Is my fault for not reading the fine print--but feel taken advantage of. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
