Wow, talk about a let down! Worst cellular store and worst service known to man! The only thing good from this place was the iPhone 4S purchased. MY wife went into this store to buy me a new iPhone for my birthday and the service was terrible. She was helped by Rich P. and it was by far the worst experience of her life. She called me crying. I mean crying! She went into the store, said she wanted to buy a new iPhone. The guy, Rich, brought out the phone and sold it to her on the spot. He didnt mention that it would be hooked up right away. As in immediately. Which obviously meant that my phone, while out at work and using it was deactivated and I was left high and dry in the middle of a work day. (I use the cell phone to earn a living!) I get it. Initially she shouldnt have had it hooked up right away, but the guy never asked if she wanted it hooked up right now or not. Then when my wife was like "what? you hooked it up already... its a gift!" Well to his defense its not like he knew. Honest mistake. Its how he reacted thats CRAZY! He wasnt sorry, wasnt remorseful, didnt feel bad or anything. In fact, he was snooty, rude, offensive, defensive, totally mean and said many times "its your fault!." He belittled her and made her feel stupid and didnt say sorry or anything. LAME! Ive never had my wife call me crying about the way she was treated till today. I went in to confront him and he said I was a liar and my wife was a liar. Then he said he wasnt going to wave my $36 activation fee like he told my wife because I came in. This guy was a real jerk and real piece of work. Youd think that AT&T and Cellular World would have high quality customer service representatives in their stores being such amazing companies, but I guess not. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone and I would certainly NOT recommend Rich in ANY customer service job EVER! Cellular World and AT&T at 445 Rohnert Park Expressway, YOU SUCK and I hope someday you Get the service you GAVE!!!!!

The guys do ther jobs and work fast, but they are somtimes so scaired to just simply help it feals like you are talking to a wall or a loop computer if for example you need your password changed you need to prove 60 details witch thay dont need to change your password . I recomed the petaluma att store near khols a tall extavigant" felo is a maniger there he is very polight and helpfull.

Picked up a sim card for my kids watch. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to get me setup quickly. Only reason for the 4 star rating is they were a bit pushy on trying to get me to move the whole family over to them even after saying i was not interested. Overall a good experience though.

All of the boys here are very helpful. The manager Michael was very professional, attentive, and was able to help me with all of my needs. He even got me a good deal with my accessories! Hes pretty good looking too! ;)
