I was in the store yesterday and one of the cashiers made an error that we didnt realize until after we got home. We had made a special trip to the store because we dont live nearby and it was going to take us an hour trip just to return and get the items priced correctly. I called, spoke with a very courteous customer service rep who then got a manager for me to talk to. When I explained the situation, they apologized, pulled up my transaction and fixed it. Even though there was an error, they went out of their way to fix it and that for us is what really makes a good customer service team. Thank you!

I waited 2 hours for them to put a bike together. I had called the day before and was told it would be ready between 10-11 am. After waiting almost 2 hours they finally brought the bike to me but it wasnt put together correctly. They took the bike to the back of store 30-40 minutes later they brought it to me a 2nd time it was better but still not right. Finally ,I asked for a refund as they are giving me my money back the manager brings me the bike. It was correct this time, however this was the worse customer service experience I have ever had. I wont be back to this store ever again.

toys r us is a wonderful place to shop they have tons of toys they price match practically big stores like Walmart,target etc. and FYI there warrenties are with toys r us they are square trade which is a different company a lot of big name stores warranty their toys through so you have to call them for the warranty stuff so dont let that upper comment fool you. plus the points are amazing i banked over 80 dollars in rewards dollars (gift cards) just by saving points!! 10/10 always shop here!!

The young gentleman that helped me was very attentive and professional while doing so. He checked several locations throughout the store to narrow down my search for what I was looking for. I think Id still be there if Id have had to find all the options this young man found for me.

The last dedicated toy store around. The staff is here always helpful. The selection is excellent and theres a great collectibles section with classic or more adult oriented toys for parents. Join their rewards program and theyll send your kids gift cards for their birthdays.

Do not buy their warrenties!!! Toys R Us does not stand buy them and then their customer service gets rude and nasty when you try and get help. Toys r us toys can be bought anywhere and you dont get screwed by other places!!!!! I will never shop here again!!!!!
