my experience was just fine except the Samsung Galaxy S4 phone that I bought is a piece of crap. Issue #1 I purchased the phone added an international package to my service two days later while in Mexico the phone would not receive calls only outgoing calls. All incoming calls went straight to voicemail. I tried the AT&T service people who tried to walk me through to fix the problem eventually determined that I needed a new sim card and take the phone to the nearest AT&T store to get it. I politely informed him that I was in LaPaz Mex. He asked if I know where the local store was I informed him that I just got into town and did not know since he was AT&T maybe he could look it up for me. Of course the closest AT&T store is over a 1000 miles away in San Diego. As soon as I returned to the US I was able to rec. calls again. I took it to the store I bought it at and they said there was nothing wrong with the phone. I suppose I will not know if it will work until I return to Mex. to discover that it does not work again! What a system! Issue #2 I have taken photos using the phone and I can not download photos to my PC. I have tried every instruction given that is on the web to figure out why my phone will not download the photos. Just give me my old phone back!!!!!! The S4 is not worth the money and the AT&T service is bogus

I walked in to buy an iPad Air, was sat down by a receptionist and waited for 10 minutes while a sales person stood by a table and did nothing. By the time my frustration peaked he proceeded to the table and seemed pretty disconnected. Out walked a 600 dollar purchase! Went to Best Buy and was greeted and helped within 2 minutes. I was also apologized to for the "wait". Had this sales person at AT&T at the very least apologized for the lengthy wait I probably would have stayed and purchased my tablet. Dont treat your customers like they are trying to get into some exclusive club, instead you should be going out of your way to get them the service/device they want.

Excellent service from Bee Jay, the store manager. We went in needing help with a bricked G4, which was still under warranty. He helped us explore our options and was not trying to "sell" us anything at all. He was patient and not pushy. An overall great experience. Also got some travel tips... Thanks! Oh, and we got the phone squared away, too.

Worst wireless store Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They messed up every single part of my order. Shipped me the wrong products and then had to wait for them to figure it all out and ship others (only after hours on the phone and in store) Took a month to get my items. Do yourself a favor and go to another location or provider.
