Nothing but lies from these people. I have been a sprint customer for over 10 years, and this store should be shut down. The punk kids that work there are like carnies when it comes to making a sell. They omit hidden costs, lie and deflect. To make it even worse, they would not replace my phone that malfunction after only 9 days. Its a brand new $700 phone. I go in there on day 9 with my problem, they say they dont have the phone but will get one for me. They promise to call me back that night... never happened. I start calling the next day, get the run around from a different clown. I figure out that they are just stalling so I am outside the 14 day window, and have to take my problem to the manufacturer. In spite of me repeated calls and visits to the store (never got the same person twice) I was unsuccessful in getting my brand new phone replaced. They are smug in their answers on the phone as well. Sprint isnt horrible, but DONT go to this store. Terrible customer service, and they are flat out LIARS. Theres really no nice way to say it.

I switched from T mobile to sprint and all I have had is problems, first off the hawks Prairie location has horrible customer service and will lie and tell you what ever you want to hear and truly have no idea about the information they tell you and will say anything to get you to leave there store , they are dishonest and have no regard for any ones well being and dont realise there dishonesty hurts familys that budget week to week . I have Submitted a claim to the Attorney-General and have there full support and they are investigating. I would tell anyone interested in this company to stay away, Exspecially the hawks prairie location.

I went into the lacey sprint store off galaxy drive to initally talk about my plan. A representative, Alexandria, had noticed an issue on my account that has never been caught before. After some time of dealing with another store and customer service, I came back to this store for help. I vented to Kelsey my concerns and frustrations, she immediately took my problem and turned it into a solution. She was able to resolve the problem on my account in a matter of minutes, something that had been on my account for a year.

The customer service was great from an employee named Stacey Nunn, he exceeded my expectations when it came to helping me find what I wanted in cases, portable chargers and helping me with my billing. Marcus was also a very great help with everything as well, giving me knowledge on the new phones that will be coming out helping me decide if I wanted to stay with my iPhone or switch to the Galaxy, and helping me figure out when my upgrade is eligible as well. Great environment to be in!

Miss Taffany, Miss Bethany and Miss Selena were PERFECT and OUTSTANDING helping my son with his iPhone. We are T-Mobile customers and even T-Mobile and Best Buy couldnt help us. Stopped by sprint and these three ladies were very welcoming and helpful. As a T-Mobile customer I would gladly leave and and become a Sprint customer because of their help and support. My sister in law was having issues with a previous employee that quoted her completely wrong on her bill. So we went in and Stacy Nunn was working and completely saved the day. Stacy handled the situation professionally and made sure his customer left happy.... if youre thinking about signing up with sprint definitely go talk to Stacy hes the best.

Eric is so patient and hard working, very frustrated with my husbands phone but Eric is very very helpful and he was the only employee working had 10 customers and kept calm with a smile. Best customer service I have ever seen in a cellphone company. This guy should be running his own store. Thank you Eric for all your help. Give him a raise....

This is a great store with great customer service. Kelsie Hildreth helped me and she was extremely polite, informative and had a great sense of humor. When you walk into the store, the employees treat you like family. They offered us cookies, and water... Lots of patience while you guys are getting your new phone contract (plus a few jokes if youre on hold while they handle business). Ask for Selena or Bethany to ensure you leave with a smile.
