This review is for the gas station attendants/employees (if you can call them that, as that would emply they actually WORK!) First off these AS$ Clowns should really lay off the drugs! Im pretty sure that there wasnt a single brain cell to rub between the three of them (Just Say NO to Drugs is all Im sayin)! Secondly they have no sense of traffic control and or direction! If you want customers to all go in one direction then have a sign out saying so! Apparently after waiting close to 10 minutes without service I started pumping my own gas, which they proceeded to turn off which we were told by some stoned pimply face kid "youre going the wrong direction and we wont serve you"! As he is telling me this the person we pulled in behind going the same direction as us is having his gas pumped! Clearly Customer Service is not a word in their vocabulary! If Safeway management had half a brain they would read reviews in order to implement changes for the better (clearly not a priority for this store). Another idea, how about hire people who actually WORK and want to WORK! Another tip, random drug testing could prove useful (Im pretty sure the stoned gas boys dont have glaucoma or enlarged prostates ;) In the end Arco down the street got our business and our HARD WORKED FOR MONEY!

The gas pump attendants are not in any hurry!!! They chit chat amongst themselves and forget about the customer which is paying their wages...very irritating...gonna get out and pump my own...they have the idea because they say its illegal that we are at their mercy. I believe he told me his name was Ryan....worked this past wednesday night. Finally pumped our gas at 9:05 after we set and waited for several minutes. He was very mouthy and rude. In recalling back i believe this is the same young fellow that was hateful to another customer...it was early morning.. ..he and another employee stood chatting while cars kept rolling in..and out leaving. I am big on Customer service. Arent Customers the ones that create REVENUE - PROFIT for companies? Just curious....if i were his manager..i would remind him who is paying his wages then i would fire him. Makes me not want to give u my money.....

Safeway Deli: The Chinese take-out is delicious. HOWEVER, since theyve increased their price, theyve reduced the portions. Although it appears to be the same containers, theyre loosely placing the food in there. I confronted their staff about this. They said that management told them to do this. I wrote a letter to Keely, the manager of Safeway about this. She chose NOT to respond. Her choice. I then wrote an email to Safeways customer service. They responded that they were forwarding this to the local store. Again, no response. The best approach to addressing this is to take it to the Internet. Let Safeway see the negative reviews and perhaps theyll take action to resolve the issues. So, in closing, the Chinese take-out is delicious... but youll want to watch your pocketbook. Safeway is short-changing the consumers on this.

First of all the cashiers are great but the deli is chaos at best. The last 3 trips to deli have been unbelievable. Trying to give the benefit of the doubt and maybe just showed up on a bad day but after 3 trys I am done. Filling the order wrong with the same person on two occasions and a your bothering me attitude on all three trips. If you do not like your job and cannot fill a deli order correctly (that consisted of only one item) quit! If you do not use the deli, this store works but if you combine your shopping with the deli you will want to shop somewhere else.

fuel rewards from Safeway need to last 3 months at least. I spend a minimum of $500 a month up to three or four thousand dollars a month most of the time and when my rewards run out now the end of every month! I do think that is quite unfair. in this economy this comp is needed very very much thank you. please take some time and take this time at your next and earliest bored, members meeting!.. thank you. sincerely, James A.Howell, Corina A. I generally avoid higher priced stores like Safeway, Albertsons & Fred Meyer; doing 85% of my shopping at Winco. The only reason I even stepped foot inside this store is the Pharmacys *outstanding* staff & customer service. While waiting on prescriptions, I wandered the store to kill time... I was SHOCKED to find some prices- mostly sale/promo- lower than anywhere else! Customer service *throughout this store* is excellent as well. I still do the bulk of my shopping elsewhere, but I regularly check Safeway ads now. When prices are good, I stock up.

Pretty awesome crew. One lady that works there gave me the most amazing cookies I have ever eaten. And they try to be cool to the homeless and the kids. Also some good deals. Slightly changed but delicious meats with 30-50℅ off regularly, same with baked desserts, breads, deli-type items, and seafoods regularly have these managers specials. Also the gas station right there that allows Safeway gas discounts. I get $1 off a gallon a lot.

Trashy lot, especially in rear & side of store. Dangerous after sunset broken lights around sides of store. Broken glass, womens panties, homeless, people openly using drugs, people living in cars & in nearby bushes. Pharmacy is 50/50 on scripts pick ups without anotice issue. There are some really awesome people there. When things go wrong its definitely stressful & pain in the buttocks. Major trash, safety, & pharmacy issues. 2 *

Terrible! Walmart would have been way faster. For the price you pay at safeway youd think they can get more than two check stands open for checkout. When the lines are going down aisle and people cant walk through the front of the store you would think someone in management might help out. If my bank wasnt located in the same shopping center I would avoid shopping there completely!

Was here on New years Eve, Id say there must have been 30 something employees, it seemed like they were all in the floor moving stuff around. Kinda neat. Anyway, Safeway, like a lot of modern grocery has oven baked chicken right there in the entrance. Its just about the only thing I want when I shop there. Nice to browse the flowers.

So "IMPRESSED"!!!! Their produce section was top notch!! They had really great & affordable pre made veggie trays, cups, cheese. Perfect for grabbing a side for a quick dinner or lunch option. Service was spot on!!! Definetly be stopping up there more often!! Kuddos to the current management team and hi-five to that produce team!!!!

Clean and easy to locate items. I love the fresh meat section. Lots of choices and of course, organic or natural (no hormone) options. Service, selection, and quality is fantastic. Cost is variable is you use the weekly flyer and coupons or off brand items. I enjoy the friendly people and helpfulness within a well-kept store.

Groceries. Carries local produce and organic and some really off the wall produce products like multi colored cauliflower, cactus, coconuts, ugly fruit and more. Bakery is better than most chain stores we think. And no self service registers. Starbucks inside of store, also.
