Well sent my grown son to return a bag of shrimp that I bought when I thawed it out the bag was completely full of air. I didnt open it I knew it was bad. I threw it in the feeezer until our next trip to the store. When I bought it it was frozen and 50% off with a peel off sticker. You could see the copy of the sticker on the bag that is glued on. Well the manage at night I believe told my 35 year old son that it wasnt from there and the discount sticker clearly stuck on from Safeway was fake. So I threw it away without a replacement. I often have thing turn very quickly from that store so I try not to go very often. Also had picked up 30 minutes before sent him to get me noodles and they were buy the organic salad stuff. Well he bought 2 big boxes or organic mescaline salad mix. Thats the reason I sent my son back I had family over for dinner and I was cooking I had no room for 2 big boxes of salad mix. She also would not take them back even though we had just bought them and wit my receipt. Bad form on both. Take those with the fact I stopped last month at Safeway in Damascus not my stor to pick up something on my way home. The 10$ off coupon was in my phone but it had died. She refused to give me my 10$ off. Thats ridiculous. I obviously knew about it I asked for it. She would not help in any way. Damascus Safeway. The non return one is Safeway in Sandy Oregon. Im pretty done with Safeway Im not honored for spending around 800 to 1000 a month on food screw them Freds is down the street. All that money lost because customer is right. Bad bad customer service form. I should know I taught customer service to employees of many companies for years. I was raised i customer serving atmosphere. If you dont value even 1 customer you dont value any!!

NOT RELIABLE! Ive Been a loyal customer since 98 but Ive had it with this pharmacy. It was great until the last couple of years after a (upgrade?) to the phone system where you place your refill order. The bottom line is they are not reliable. They were not open this morning when they were supposed to be which is unacceptable to me - customer lost. I have tried giving them a chance to improve as Ive had several occasions where Ive been notified my med were ready for pickup only to show up and be told I would have to wait for the prescription to be filled. In fairness the pharmacists that work there are very helpful. However, you can have the best pharmacists in the world and still provide unreliable customer service. I need a pharmacy I can rely on to be open when the say they will be open and will have my prescriptions ready when they say they are ready - if you feel the same I would recommend avoiding this pharmacy.

Whenever I go into Safeway I know that I will fine good produce, excellent meat, wonderful bakery with treats for everyones taste. The store is always clean, well stocked and their floral department is so much better than going to a florist. The flowers are always beautiful and the floral designer actually listens to what you want. The staff there has wonderful customer service skills, okay, every now and then you might find a grump but as soon as they serve you that changes.

Everything they had on sale in their ad was there except for the Tillamook yogurt, and because of their lack of advertised chicken legs and thighs by offering breasts at the same price. Man at the express lane said you saved more than you paid. Can I give you my debit card and shop for me. And he didnt know about the chicken breasts, or the fact that I get about 25% of the purchase back in deposits.

I love Safeways. BUT THIS IS THE WORST SAFEWAY I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. No room for shoppers checking out at registers because of poor planned placement of aisles. Rude very very rude employees. Confrontational supervisors and managers with each other and customers! Very unprofessional business management in this store. Dont shop here and spend your hard earned money to be treated so discourteous.

Linda, who seems to ALWAYS be at the EXPRESS counter, is the SLOWEST and least attentive cashier they have.. Literally watched her look at one customer, ignore them, then start to flirt/bs with another customer.. Took me 25 minutes to get thru the line.. There was ONE person in front of me, and they had 2 items... UNACCEPTABLE.. Management will receive a call

Understaffed and Overpriced with terrible quality in produce. Save the headache and shop a competitor. Theyre only a few minute away. It would be nice if they got rid of their contest BS and invested in staff.

Good. Found what I needed but there was only 1 grocery checker. So I ended up making people wait because I was grocery shopping. Its not a convenient store. They need at least 2 checkers at all times.

This is a pretty good place to stop to use the bathroom as youre heading into or out of the Mt. Hood wilderness area. The store is clean, the selection is fair, and the staff are friendly.
