This store wouldnt take a gift card that I had sent to my daughter over the phone. They used to have a Parent Student Card that we could fill up when she needed it. They discontinued that card. The store in Salmon Creek, WA suggested we buy a gift card and send her the photo so she could use it without us having to travel 50 miles to give it to her. It worked on Saturday. last night they said she was using a stolen card and made her feel like a criminal.

They made my childs first birthday cake early and froze it. The day of the party they forgot to take it out of the freezer until an hour before yet they never told me. They KNEW that the cake was still frozen!!!!! I dont eat cake so I didnt know until my husband pulled me aside. Customer service is also terrible. This was almost 4 years ago and I have never been back!!!

The people here have truly made each shopping experience special. One young gentleman in particular who was working as a bagger very kindly offered to pay for my groceries when my cards were declined. Gestures like that are never forgotten, what goes around comes around and you sir have something good coming to you!

Usually I am so happy with Albertsons But not today. I am disabled, I am deaf on one side and impaired severely on the other. I brought my service dog with me today to the store, and got nothing but nasty looks from one of the employees. My dog was properly vested and had ID. I have followed ADA guidelines.

This is my Daily shopping center, close to home, clean and usually the staff is friendly, helpful and on top of their checkouts. Albertsons can be a bit spendy but the less driving the better sometimes. Ive only ever had one bad experience here which was handled in a professional and timely manner.

Parking lot has plenty of space, the inside is roomy with a large area for produce/deli right up front. They have a mini Starbucks in the front too next to the bank. No self check, which I am not super keen on but otherwise its a nice large grocery store.

I love this store and I love the fact that there are no U Scans. They obviously care about the customer services experience! This Albertsons is always clean, stocked and well maintained. The employees are always friendly and help with a smile.

Store Director is Unprofessional and Rude to everyone (Customers and Employees). If this is what Albertsons wants in upper management then they are not worth shopping at. Go to Fred Meyers where they are polite, friendly and professional.

Ive shopped at albertsons for 30 years and have never had a issue til last 6 months 17 people in express line and 6 in the 2 other lines open 14 min and still didnt get to check out convience hell no not anymore

Expensive. But only grocery store close with late hours. Staff could use more training in regards to reading receipts and cashier functions. They never know what their doing

Excellent store. I have seen this particular store over the last few years grow in customer service and convenient layout. Now it is our first choice for groceries!
