I was in their store today (Washington Square, Tigard, OR) and bought several items. Now I know their return policy SUCKS big time, but what I did not realize is that once a transaction has been finalized (even though you have not left the counter - much less the store), you are toast if you want to return something... So upon receiving my receipt, I asked what this item was that was on my receipt because I did not recognize it. She pulled everything out of the bag and told me what it was. I said I only bought this one item because the 3 other items that were similar (only difference was color) were only $ 3.80 and this was $ 6.80. I said, "well I dont want it then, return it". She said, "I cant, all I can do is give you a gift card". I said, "well void the transaction then". She said, "I cannot do that either, all I can do is give you a gift card". At that point I asked to speak to a Manager. The Manager shows up and proceeds to tell me the same thing. At this point Im livid as I had not left the sales counter, much less the store.... I HATE THIS STORE...

This store does not even deserve 1 star. Period. Their "customer service" (if you can even call it that) is disgusting. I went in to exchange 2 dresses that were given to me by my Mother. She lives in another state than I do and I was not given a receipt (obviously because they were gifts). There were 2 cashiers up front that stated they could not do anything without the receipt and referred me to the online customer service. One of them continued to be rude and stated "well, we do have Forever21s in that state." I said, "Im sorry, but I do not live there." I called the online number and they told me that unfortunately, they cannot help me because they do not track store purchases and only handle online purchases. This company is a joke. The employees are rude. Honestly, going into this store gives me so much anxiety I think Im going to have a heart attack with how messy and disgusting it is. All I wanted was to get a smaller size in the dresses that I was gifted (tags still on, never worn.) Save your time and money. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

My daughter bought a pair of shoes that had the tags, including a big plastic security tag INSIDE the shoe, and they were connected with a short 6" string. She took them home and when she took off the tags and string and walked in them, they slid off her heels. So she took them back, explained that standing still they seemed to fit (the one side she could try on in the store) but when she walked in them they didnt. Even though she never wore them outside her bedroom, they wouldnt give her a refund because she took the tags off. :( When I pointed out that their tags are positioned where you cant actually try the shoes on unless you take the tags off the manager was very snarky, and finally offered us a not a refund, not a store credit, but an immediate final exchange - if she picked something on the spot, which will not be returnable if she had a problem with it. Serious customer service fail. Ill definitely be spending my Christmas dollars elsewhere.

Haphazard store, felt like I was shopping at Ross. Thrift stores and swap meets are more organized than these folks. Sweaters, dresses, mens shirts, all hanging on the same rack. Looks like they just hang their stock wherever there is room. I understand customers move things around, but it was not like that at all, it was obvious lack of understanding on the employees part. Pulling a stack of mens pants from stock and dropping it on a rack of womens sweaters. Appered to have reasonable pricing, but it was impossible to locate anything without scouring the entire store. Found some shirts I liked, but was overwhelmed with chaos and did not want to go on the scavenger hunt for the right size.

TERRIBLE staff, lost a personal discount do to this stores staff incapability to handle a simple ship-to-store. My package at their store for weeks without any communication despite a reminder from Forever 21 Customer service after I waited several days after the arrival guarantee. They only offered to let me "repurchase" a almost twice what I paid. Disgraceful. Do NOT shop here!

This store is such a pigsty all the time. No organization whatsoever. Its comparable to Ross in that there are hundreds of random items in different sizes and colors on the same rack. A simple thing like trying on jeans to see what you like best is impossible in this store. The last time I was there I promised myself I would never go there again and look at their website instead.
