Was buying a ceramic kind of seahorse like for display and the lady at the cashier did not even try to wrap it in paper or plastic, as soon as she put it in the bag, it was chipped, i heard the noise. I knew something was wrong so when i got in the car i looked at it, and i was right, so i went back in the store, really pissed because i was getting that for my daughters room, now im just gonna return it, because of her stupidity, sigh... didnt even care to apologize. I was like it chipped when you put that in the bag, cuz she is stupid to not put any wrapping paper or plastic in it before she dropped it in the bag, someone need to teach her proper way to handle stuff that are ceramic or glass anything that could break, because she does not care...

My cashier Vivian was copped an attitude with me today when I told her I was frustrated that she took a person that was in the other line who came in while I had been waiting in line already then when the MOD Yvonne was done with her customer she went and took a phone call. If I had gotten even a "well be right with you I have to do this really quick" or something along those lines. I wouldnt be irritated. Having worked in customer service for 5 years I have little tolerance for rude employees. The customer is not always right but you still have to be and nice as you can, unless they are cussing you out. Wont be coming here again.

Every single time my Mother and I go In there, They always follow us around, and make us uncomfortable, they make us feel like were thieves. Not to mention they rush you In the checkout line, Not too friendly..The only lady I like Is the older one at the fitting rooms. Ross, you need to hire better people. And managers, no, corporate you need to realize your staff makes people uncomfortable and unwanting to shop there anymore. We used to love this store.. disappointing.

Merchandise always changes. Its like going into a different store every time. A cluttered, messy, thrown together different store everytime. You never know what youre gonna get. Could find treasure, could be nothing but junk. Its always fun to have hope and hunt for treasure though.

After paying over 30$ for a useless wallet at an AAA store . I was pleasantly surprised to find a wide variety and selection of quality wallets of all makes and models at this store , all priced at ~ 10 $. I am very pleased!

Great place. Has a lot of great clothing. The only reason its 4 stars is because sometimes the sections can be a little bit unorganized. Hats liked on the floor, or shoes and clothes in the wrong section.

They have a large selection even for plus sizes. The store always seems messy. Customer service is difficult to find, and the greeter seems more like an unpleasant plain clothes security guard.
