Customer service is subpar and the rates are about the same while they were asking what I wanted done to a pair of pants I wanted a taper and they snuck in an increase in height charge adding an additional $15 to my total $32 they wouldent budge on the charge I hope that extra $15 was worth it to them they lost a customer for life

The ladies at Fashion Fittings repaired my sons beloved ski jacket quickly and at a reasonable price. They saved a very expensive jacket from being discarded. I can also attest to their skillful wedding dress alterations. They did mine a number of years ago. Friendly service and creative problem solvers.
