I am giving Ross 1 star because even though their prices are good, they should be reported to the ADA (American Disability Act) for not providing carts outside the store for disabled people. Yes, they have carts to use while your inside the store, but they all have poles on the carts to keep them from leaving the store. Ive seen disabled people struggle with purchases going to their car, because Ross wont provide carts. The security people standing at the door are absolutely useless.

Great store! I particularly like their ties. Nice designs, amazing prices. Not like most stores where you get an ok tie for $30, here you can get amazing ties for $5-$10! Also great selection on clothes and other items. 5/5!

Tons of name brand items at super discounted rates. Located in a shopping plaza that offers plenty of parking. They most likely will have a line checking out since they only have limited staff

There are never enough Cashiers, the store is not properly staffed. Too bad, there are some higher end items, but the wait to check out isnt worth it.
