Bought a pair of earphones here, got out to my car and they didnt work. Brought them back in and waited for manager Jeremiah to begrudgingly open a checkstand to "help" me. I was told i needed a photo ID for same day returns. He wanted to take down my driver license number, said it was store policy. I told him i have a policy where i protect myself from identity theft by not giving out my personal info. He refused to complete the return, so i will no longer be buying anything here. Go to the Ross in Montgomery Village instead.

Stars for the prices of contemporary brands, nothing else. Often the Sebastopool Rd..location looks as if it is closing due to so many empty racks. Employees are of no help and seem to think everyone is a shoplifter. BUT, if you hunt, and I am talking hour per rack here, you can come up with some currant clothing at awesome.low prices. Do you love it?!

This location has a lot of parking and its right off of hwy 12 so its easy to get here. They seem to consistently keep more stock on hand than the Ross in Montgomery Square or the one in Rohnert Park. They frequently have nice large area rugs for under $100. I scored a 9x7 for $79.99. I also have good luck finding large womens tops here.

I found the young woman, Andrea, who claimed to be the manager to be cold and unresponsive to customers needs. She was condescending, bordering on contempt. I will not go back to this store. I have owned and operated several businesses and know how important customer service is. I wonder if Ross finds this behavior acceptable.

I didnt like it the people were rude and when I went to use the womans bathroom it was disgusting there was blood all on the toilet seat, and it was a mess then when I mentioned it to the cashier she didnt act like she didnt care. Acted like she didnt even hear me.I wont shop there again.
