I purchased a pair of $16 2T jeans for my daughter recently( several pairs actually). Anyways, I was getting ready to put them on her, so I took the tags off. While I was putting them on her I noticed that here was a rip along the pant leg seam. Not a big deal I figured, someone didnt catch the defect. Well two weeks later another pair that was only worn a couple times developed the same defect in craftsmanship. So I went into my local old navy store in Lakewood, WA to return the jeans that hadnt been worn and to see if they could do anything out the other pair that had only been worn a couple times by my 2 year old daughter. Much to my surprise the manager (Bree) acted like it was my fault for not catching the defect in the unworn pair. I have never been treated like such a low life scum in my life. I felt as if they thought I was trying to scam them over a $16 pair of jeans. I could understand not exchanging the pair of jeans if there was damage caused my me, but clearly there is a defect when the other pair developed the same issue after being worn only a few times. I understand that old navy is a value brand and not the best quality. When I purchase inexpensive clothes for my kids I expect them to get some use out of them before they start to fall apart.

I would give this half a star, hardly even that, if I could. I had terrible service! I came in to browse and see what sales they may have been having, when a seemingly new and young employee named Tara approached me asking if I needed any assistance. I politely declined and she proceeded to make a very rude remark as she walked away in a huff. Later as I was leaving, I saw her on her phone as a customer stood nearby trying to get her attention. This is not the service that should be provided by Old Navy and there should be more extensive searches done before hiring just anyone. I enjoy shopping here and would hate to have to go elsewhere because of one incompetent employee. Please fix this immediately before you lose business. Thank you.

okay customer service. Only 2 people stand out by the names of sasha and a nicole. One girl who helped me was horrid. She was rude arrogent and condesending, not only to me but other associates, I believe her name starts with a "j" so stear clear! Otherwise my favorite old navy!!z

Store was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Not always the best price but very good quality. Come here on Black Friday, usually have great sales on everything!
