I just had the most unacceptable experience at your Clackamas Town Center (Clackamas, OR) location at 12:30pm on 4/12/17. The store is in a temporary location so I definitely understand if youre in the middle of a transition but a few things that occurred were so unacceptable I will never shop there again. 1. My grandmother and I were the only two customers inside of the store. We spent 35 minutes trying to find the perfect outfit for an interview without even a greeting or offer to help. The two ladies stood at the front counter chatting. 2. When I wanted to try something on no one was working the fitting room so I walked up to the front and asked if I could get some help in the fitting room, the ladies told me to "just go in." There were items already in every single dressing room and no one was attending to the rooms. 3. Never once was I asked how anything fit or if I needed a size. Thankfully I had my grandmother to help me and grab sizes. 4. At the time of payment I politely asked for a garment bag since I will be traveling with the TWO ITEMS I purchased for a total of $120!. That is not cheap apparel, and I would think if a very frequent customer asked for a garment bag you could spare ONE. Two different ladies told me no. I told them thats very unfortunate because I have spent thousands in Express and all of my suits are from there and I own at least 5 not including all the tops and shoes and dresses. I purchased dress pants and a shirt, and they could not give me a garment bag. I spent $120 on two things at a store that doesnt even ask if I need altering, sizing, or even a smile/hello? I am returning it all and will NEVER be back. This is unfortunate because now I will spend double at Nordstrom for my suits but its worth it because they provide a little thing called CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Came for a security detail. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the clothing. The staff are a real group of characters, unlike a lot of other stores Ive been to, the staff here actually have a sense of humor. I witnessed a couple of them making jokes with each other. Very helpful and incredibly personable. I will very definitely have to come out again in my free time to shop here. Great prices for the quality of the products.
