Hi my name is Gul nosheen. I am a regular customer of rue 21 since 2015. Last time I went there and a girl forget to put my had band but charge me. I rue 21 four times to either refund me or give me the stuff. But I dont get any action from you. What kind a customer service is that. Its not about money or stuff, its about cheating, you are making claim excuses each time I call you. That we will check the camera and let you know bla bla.. I think I will never go back to your store because of the customer service, and suggest other people too. Thanks

Great price on "urban/youth" clothing. All the designs are rips from other designers/brands or super generic, and produced out of their own factories in china. Expect everything to fit too small. The shoe sizes go up to 12, but you have to downsize in everything and their tshirts you have to size up in as well. The pants only go up to 36" waist I think. There are other stores in the area, (super mall/outlet mall in auburn) that have a plus size section. the womens side is much bigger, but I dont know anything about how those fit.

Was in this store recently and there was a hand full of people working and gossiping ...it was unprofessional and inappropriate along with being uncomfortable. No one offered to help with anything and if they had I would of bought some things that were on the higher displays... they were not approachable so you cant ask for assistance. A manager was there too ...it was just an awkward experience.
