7:30pm 9/6/13 Decided to go by the Sonics for my favorite Sweet Potato tots. When taking my Order I asked for them and the girl who was working the window (same girl who skated my foot out) very rudely said "we dont have those" (you cant convey tone over text but she had a VERY rude scowel to her voice, Then I asked you dont have them anymore or are you just out? Before I could finish my sentence she said WE DON"T HAVE THEM, WHAT WILL IT BE? I wasnt taking my time and they had 2 other cars One in the lane and one next to me that had already ordered, on a Friday night that is NOT busy, even if it was, that is not an excuse for being so rude. When I recieved the food I did order, the onion rings were cold, the burgers were a cold MESS, and the drinks were full of ice when I asked for none. I probably wont go back because of the overpriced food and no sweet tots as incentive, but after that crap I will NEVER go back. I worked in at the Pita Pit for YEARS, and I know bad and good customer service, this girl needs to learn not to take out her crap on customers, either that or not work somewhere where it is the only thing people care about. Screw you sonic. Quit hiring little prissy morons, and hire someone who knows how to smile and be nice to people. I wouldnt have cared about the tots probably if the answer would have at least had some sort of explanation, or even if she had no clue you just apologize and move on. Good grief, thanks for reminding me why I dont eat fast food besides the fact its horrible for me. It sucks for you too, with a wife 2 months pregnant, would have been a lot of sweet tots.

This is the second time today Ive been to this place since its open here in Springfield Oregon he used to have roller skate now they just walk how are your two ice cream cones paid for with my Walmart Visa card set there in the car my wife said how about some water husband I push the red button they came back on at 3 minutes later a long 3 minutes like do you have a water please mixing I know charge me $0.30 I said no thanks on the water I can go home and get free water just down the street they still charge me for the water after running my car for the second time the first time they voided it out rear and my card still charge you for the water I was unhappy call for the manager he just called tall skinny guy he doesnt look very clean his clothes look very dirty to me look like he had long hair his face didnt have to clean it he would do nothing to help me he said straight up theres nothing he would do or could do to give me back my $0.30 by the way I still can get my water you think that would help youre having a call to Springfield Sonic restaurant when you have to rip off $0.30 per customer per day thats private or $300 a day and water some people off Ill never go back I called the main office Ive never should have through this ice cream cones thats why my ratings or one star I would give him North Stars but you have to give him a rate so theyre not even worth 1 star theyre going to give it to him beware Sonic in Springfield they are customers off daily $0.10 32 or $300 good luck Ill never go back they lost me forever this time second time was a charm and I want to try 3 times

Not sure Ill be back. When going for a quick fast food burger Ill normally head to sonic because Ive always been satisfied with the level of service for a fast food joint. Im comparing them to mcd s and Jack (so the bar isnt all that high now) and tonight for the 2nd time in a row Im leaving anything but satisfied. Yes, its stupid hot out so everyone is here and the place is packed. Its going to take longer. (I knew what I was driving in) but when youre waiting so long for someone to take your order that your red light stops flashing so when I push it again Im sure I was sent to the back of the line. Another 3+ min wait (I really was trying to dig deep for patients so I wasnt keeping a close eye on time yet) for someone to finally answer to take my order. I ask about an ice cream substitution and if it was difficult (because I didnt want to make things harder for them when they are slammed) they tell me they can do it. Now I wait. At 20 min I push the button to see if my food is ever going to arrive. 23 min later it does. (No one had answered the button yet) and even after everything my order was still completely wrong. Two chicken wraps and a small freaking chocolate base ice cream with reses was all I wanted. It was correct on the receipt (I checked) but by the time I realized I was too tired and angry to be nice in talking to someone.

Everytime I have been here it has taken 30 minutes plus to get 2 ice cream treats. And each time they have been shoddily made and spilling out the sides creating a mess. This last time was especially bad. The drive thru speaker appeared to have broken, so after 2 minutes of waiting/asking if they could hear me I left the line I had just waited in for almost 10 minutes for a stall. Once in the stall, it appeared to be broken as well since it kept asking me to push the red button even though I had already pushed it. Finally someone took my order, then it took upwards of 20 minutes to actually get it. Then, just as I was expecting, the cups were covered in ice cream.

My boyfriend and I were really excited to try the funnel center blasts. I had ordered a small blast with a hot fudge center. Not only did it take forever to get our blasts, the girl handing us our order stated "I think this one is the double stuffed middle and heres the other one". After we drove away I went to take a bite and our order was wrong. Neither one of them had the hot fudge middle like I ordered. I wouldve went back if we hadnt already been driving back home. We came across town just to be disappointed.

This location is in a great part of town thats busy and easy to get to from wherever you are in Springfield. Sonic is a place that doesnt hide what it is. Its a fast food place with all sorts of variety of food thats bad for you. But there is also great fruity drinks and desserts as well. It beats a lot of other burger places in taste and destroys the competition in the variety department as well. Think of it as a Dairy Queen, Burger King, and KFC put together.

This is what you get when a bunch of high school kids run the show. Your order is terribly wrong- you get the wrong sauce, your tots arent crispy, your sandwich belongs to the car behind you, the free coke they offered you was the tapped out syrup bag. Your super crispy chicken is more like water logged kfc thats baked in toaster oven that you never plugged in. Thanks sonic, Ill hit that DQ next time.
