This is the location I will visit from now on. It was the only one I knew about until I discovered there was one on Division in Eugene, which is closer to where I live. But what I also discovered was that the customer service at the Division location pales in comparison to the Mohawk location, at least since the newest owner came along. My visits to this location have always been good, and the staff have been kind and courteous, but one thing that makes this place outstanding is that when I purchased some ice-cream that was full of ice crystals (because of a faulty freezer) the new owner asked me to come back for a replacement. I was very happy with that because the icy ice-cream was not very good, and I had bought two quarts of it. When I returned the ice-cream she gave me two new ones and she refunded my money. That was going way above and beyond what I expected. Five-star service!

Obviously Baskin Robbins has good ice cream, its the same at every branch. Except the customer service was TERRIBLE. First off, they are supposed to let you try samples of the ice cream, I tried one and asked for one more because I couldnt make up my mind. The owner (female) gave me a very rude look and after I asked for another sample she replied with "(SIGH) I guess", as if I was asking for so much. Then, after the owner left I got another cone to bring home. They then had a teenage girl who was so ridiculously rude and snotty and I will definitely never go back there, which was disappointing because I love ice cream.

I love this place!! Everyone who works there is always so cheerful even at 10pm and its almost closing. Theyre the best people ever. The new owner is great. She makes all the ice cream cakes in the morning each day. The girls who work there are wonderful. Always happy to help you and very friendly. The girl Tessa specifically is wonderful, shes so nice, and kind hearted shes the best. I love how they for the most part always have cotton candy ice cream unlike the other branches, and the seasonal flavors are the best!!

Love the bubble gum ice cream. Never any service or cleanliness issues here. One time recently they were fairly busy and a young lady was working alone. Thats just bad ownership/management. Overall, a great place for cold treats.

Got a mint milkshake, it was the nastiest milkshake Ive ever had, all I could tast was milk, what a waste of my time and money. Will never go to another Baskin Robbins again.
