Wow, whoever put those bad reviews in amaze me. Ive been coming here for years, both the Mohawk and the Gateway locations. These are by far THE BEST DONUTS FOR ALL OF EUGENE/SPRINGFIELD. And I dont ever remember being treated rudely by the staff. I will go out of my way to get donuts here for an occasion, even if I have to drive the extra 5 miles from my house. The quality is over and beyond what you get at the store bakeries. YUM YUM Best donuts in town!!!

Every seat was taken by a mexican kid age 2-6 just using the restaurant as a daycare/playground. If I were to attempt to make Pad Thai for the first time in my life using nothing but youtube videos and frozen ingredients from wal-mart it would probably be better than this. Donut selection was super small but the 2 donuts we got were ok. Better than say safeway but 1/100th as good as Voodoo donuts.

The donuts they serve are some of (if not the) best in town. However, the service they provide is constantly unfriendly to the point of being rude, and to be honest their selection isnt the greatest. I always feel awkward going through the drive-through because I have to remind myself of which donuts they do serve while getting glared at by the employee in the window for taking too long.

Awful donuts and awful employees. Its very impressive how they remain in business. Must be the cheap donuts. And yes. They do taste of a low quality. The cashier almost slammed her hand in the window after giving me the donuts I ordered. I guess she was in such a hurry to look and act rude. Hilarious. Wish 0 stars was an option.

Was very disappointed, came by at 10:45am Sunday hoping to get some morning coffee and donuts, assumed shop was open because its supposed to close at 12:30pm on Sundays but we were yelled at by an employee saying the store was closed. First and last time I try to go here for service.

Fantastic donuts. No frills, theyre just what theyre supposed to be. Service can be cranky at times, but they sell donuts not smiles so dont get on their bad side. Definitely a local staple and I like to support local and family businesses like this. Maple bar is the favorite.

This is my go to donut shop! This shop has been in business for years. I remember back in the day you could sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee eat a fresh donut and smoke a cig in between lol thought i was so cool smoking inside while being only 16 years old lol

Great donuts, but consistently rude service. I would love to stay, relax & eat a donut, but theyre just so unfriendly that I just get my donuts & get out.

Good donuts, rude employees. Sometimes the donuts are worth it, but if you are looking for a friendly smile with your coffee/donut, you wont get it here.
