Rude employee... She has long brown hair & is Hispanic. My daughter and I stopped by to buy a couple donuts. Female employee didnt wash her hands, DIDNT PUT ON GLOVES, and when my 8 Year old daughter picked the wrong name for the donut she wanted.... The employee refused to let us switch the donut for the right one!! She said "NO PUT BACKS!!"" Ok lady, thats really funny since YOU are the only one who had touched the donuts and you were holding the box NOT us!!!! Thank you for THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD... PS... Go wash your damn hands and wear gloves before you pick up or serve food!!!!!! This donut shop should be CLOSED DOWN!!! HEALTH DEPARTMENT VISIT TIME??? I THINK ITS INSPECTION REQUEST TIME....

Horrible experience. Was given the wrong doughnuts and the employee tried to make me pay for them. I refused and she replaced only one of the doughnuts. Additionally, she forced me to pay for a very expensive doughnut that I didnt know was not part of the dozen pack. She did not explain the rules to me and let me get doughnuts that were excluded. When I explained that I had no clue and that I did not want it anymore she refused to put it back. Then, she made me pick 6 doughnuts when I asked if I could only get 5 since I had the super expensive one in the box as well. I never want to go back. Customer service should be better then that.

Place is alright. The pastries arent all that great. None of my blueberry donuts had filling. Location is kind of hard to get to when theres traffic. The girl serving me was busier talking to her coworker and the customers behind me than serving me. I had to remind her three times what I wanted and it wasnt that hard. This is the McDonalds of pastries. Go somewhere else. They should clean the place too. Why leave a mop and bucket sitting out if youre not going to use it. Gross.

For starters I want to say thank you for being 24 hours. Every time I am in there tho, I do feel rushed s even if no one is behind me. I am sure they are constantly making donuts but I just need time to gaze and think what to Get. So rating the donuts... I mean they are donuts. Sometimes the cream filled ones are lacking some cream. The coffee... never again. Worst coffee I have had in a long time. But them biscuits and gravy... yes!!! Ill always do!!! They are amazing!!!!

Read what you did to your long time customers banning them from your place because of an incident where the handicapped man coughed. Even though It was properly cleaned up banning them was un called for. Couldnt you make a place for them to sit and provide a towel for him? I mean really.....some compassion or the golden rule could apply here. I am praying for you, and for the poor couple you humiliated who have nothing.

Poor customer service. They treat people like crap. When we were ordering, the gal walked off in the middle of us ordering and gave us two serving when we only wanted one serving. She quickly rang us up and rushed us along when we werent even done with our order. My family and I will not be going there ever again.

This is my wife and Is favorite donuts for multiple reasons. The selection of donuts is the best in Salem. Good Prices and fresh coffee. These people work really hard and they wake up really early to make donuts thats a service of love. Maple Bar, Buttermilk Bar, Boston Creme, Pink Sprinkles they are so yummy.

I go every friday around 9pm and theres always a good selection of donuts. The biscuits and gravy are always delicious plus i always get greeded with a smile ! Sucks prizes went up .
