After reading the compliments and complaints, I decided to add one. I agree with ALL of them in that SOMETIMES clerks are rude and not helpful, sometimes things dont go smoothly at the register (I have more than one card I CAN use; so if one doesnt work I just switch--and fix it at home. When I encountered rude sales clerks--easy solution: talk to someone else. When I have been unable to find exactly what I needed, my solution: Find that friendly clerk and ask HER! She ALWAYS comes through! I was once double billed for yarn that I told the cashier I didnt want (Id accidentally selected different dye lots. I brought up matching lotsand she was to have put back the wrong ones. After getting home, I discovered that she had put it ALLl in my bags and charged me for it! I took it back to a different register and the manager was able to correct the error and took the merchandise back--crediting my card back the $$. Heres why I keep shopping there: I enjoy the help Ive received in the yarn department, fabric department and adult coloring book area. The yarn clerk is AWESOME, totally helpful and when I call, she remembers what I was looking for and lets me know when to expect my item to be in stock again. She even dug through the huge sale bin to pull down an odd color that was tossed in the top! WOW! Craft Warehouse is the only local place I can purchase James Brett marble yarn for $10.88 or 2/$10 on sale. I LOVE IT and will shop there for that reason and my girl in the yarn department!

One of the worst experience Ive ever had at the craft warehouse!! I walked out of the bathroom and got distracted looking at all the fabrics when I hear an older employee who was working where they cut the fabrics, call over a younger girl. Then a long pause and then I hear her say look through the baby blankets. Thats when she proceeded to follow me until I met up with my kid and younger brother. Once I realized she was following me I went through every aisle just to make sure it wasnt just me over reacting. But no she followed me up till the front. I literally wanted to cry! i have never felt more humiliated in my life. When I went to ring up my stuff I asked to talk to the manger and they told me to call during the day. The employees here make me feel sooooo uncomfortable!

The staff are too stupid to add one and one together. They refused to accept my credit card because it had my married last name on it while my I.D. had my maiden name on it. I showed them a joint medical card that had my husbands name and my maiden name. It was obvious that I was the same person. Yet they would not sell to me because of the two last names even though they had done so in the past. I will NEVER go in that store again! Their prices are too high anyway. I find now that the internet is less expensive and they have the product I need. Craft Warehouse carries the expensive Grumbacher brand and I actually wanted the cheaper Liquitex brand. I always had to substitute there and nothing ever worked right.

I went to craft warehouse tonight with my wife and my eight year old daughter. The employees where horrible. I felt super uncomfortable the whole time. I was followed and stalked the entire time. i felt like I was being watched because I was stealing even though I spent over 40$.One employees even approached me and said my daughter had put something in the wrong spot could she please return it to the proper spot. And then after she did I see her counting then. Like my daughter was shoplifting. I used to love this store, I would even choose to patronize it over joanns or other craft stores. Well not after tonight. I will NEVER ever return to this store. Craft Warehouse you need to hire some new employees.

I have gone into this store 3 times now and left with nothing every time. There is NO logical organization to the store. Each time Ive gone there I have been looking for something specific and each time I ended up going to Joanns down the street where I could actually find it. The employees really werent any help either. When I asked where what I was looking for was their response was "Well we have some over here and some over there and some down this aisle." This store really needs some form of organization because right now it feels like the flea market of craft stores; go there when you arent actually looking for anything and maybe youll find something you like.

I liked the place well enough. Sure, there was little semblance of organization, but that place was so packed with shelves, displays, etc. Im not even sure how one would go about organizing it. I didnt mind too much, usually most things that bore some similarities were grouped together so I didnt have a hard time finding stuff. Prices seemed to be good. The things I went for were far cheaper there than they were at competing brick-and-mortar establishments, plus they had a better selection.

I LOVE this place! We dont have Craft Warehouse where I come from, so its a real delight! Their selection is vast and varied and just so much better than the big chains, who strategically stock merch for the broadest appeal, which means those who dont want to follow the crowd have little to work with, because middle of the road is all they carry. Not this Place! It was only my second visit at a Craft Warehouse, but I was there wayyy too long and I still need to go back!

There are a ton of options if they dont have exactly what you want. The staff is super helpful & friendly! As to what the previous person reveiwed. FALSE they have the right to refuse service for ANY reason. They chose to flex that right because of some reason from the customer. I applaud whom ever said No. As to my thought on the reveiwer, her review was a projection of her self cause she is the dumba$$ that didnt change her info over. Thats adding 1+1!

Creep Alliance

Having a lot of tattoos guarantees Ill always get the help I need in a store. I guess being followed around has its advantages. Craft Warehouse NEVER disappoints in this area. Within a minute I always get "Um, are you finding everything okay?" LOL. Seriously, though, they need to cut it out. It seems to be a major problem here. They have cute fabric, so Ill forgive them. :-)

The friendliest staff around lots of staff members to help too. Good products, like the way the store has the project shown completed then the supplies are below on the shelf. Love the free make and takes on the weekends. The monthly clubs that meet are great. Always a good sales going on. A wonderful place to be with its welcoming, warm and relaxed environment.

Omg i just read some of the negative comments they are 100% spot on. No matter hiw polite i amvi always gwt a smug attitude and YES the creepy young man follows you around lol. They made me feel so stupid i will never shop there and half a dozen of my friends refuse to shop there. Keep spreading these srories this place should be exposed for harassing customers.
