The Craft Warehouse in Gresham used to be a perfectly fine store, I do lots of projects of different kinds and used them regularly. Then they moved to that trendy mall. Ive been in five times since then and A: the customer service is unbelievable useless. If you can get someones attention (which is a hell of an accomplishment) they invariably look at you like youve asked for a rock from the moon rather than a perfectly standard art supply. And B: they really dont carry actual art supplies. If you want to make a really expensive scrap book, or do something with really bad fake flowers, you are fine. But in five trips in the last 2 months, they have either been "out, well have more maybe next week". Or they just dont carry it. They are the closest craft store to my house and I have found that I am more likely to find what I need at the local Fred Meyers. When I need real art stuff, I just go to Michaels, which is five miles farther away. I foolishly went in to Craft Warehouse today because I needed acrylic craft paint, and come on, everyone carries that. But no, in fact, they did not have the paint I needed in stock and apparently have no intention of carrying it. I do crafts, and sometimes even art. I will never try the Craft Warehouse in Gresham again.

I had such amazing help today by an older, short haired woman around 1pm in the store. I wish I would have gotten her name. She rang me up while my two year old was having a huge tantrum, screaming and crying non-stop. She then proceeded to walk me out to my car, pushing my full cart with my screaming child (I had my other baby on my chest and was holding 2 huge frames) and then waited while I got my frames in the back. And if that wasnt enough already, she even helped me out by lifting my screaming toddler out of the cart and handing him to me. I was so flustered and embarrassed and she went above and beyond to help me out and make me feel better. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service in my life. Im a sole craft warehouse shopper now for all things crafty. And to the employee that helped me, thank you so much for the amazing service, you truly are a kind person with a big, understanding heart. ❤️

The crew working at this craft warehouse was more than helpful when I went in. I was looking for some fabric, and brought up that I didnt know how to do the binding on my almost-finished quilt. The woman apologized for not knowing much about quilting herself, but went to the back room to grab her co worker. She was sweet and took a good 30 minutes explaining and letting me ask her questions. (It was a Tuesday afternoon so they werent busy) The customer service I received was outstanding and craft warehouse has THE BEST quilting supplies in town. Even Jo-Anne fabrics selection seems lacking compared to them.

This location is truly great. Its big, they have practically everything for every project, they always have what I need in stock, theyre super helpful and nice, and always provide great suggestions when I need them for a project. However, they are spendy. Sometimes double the prices in other stores. But not everything is that way. They often have great deals. Its hard to leave there with just the items that I went in intending to buy. Love Craft Warehouse!

Craft Warehouse has a fantastic selection of supplies. I usually spend most of my time there looking at fabrics and papercrafts. I always find something. Their prices are higher than most places though. And they offer coupons a lot less frequently than other major craft chains. But most of the time the selection makes up for it.

Ive always loved cheaper prices good customer service and better traveling to than JoAnns fabrics from the Dalles Oregon and really love their free patterns and respect and helpful over the phone for price checks on items

I have ( and others) have requested if they would carry adult color by numbers and still after all this time they dont. I would give them a "0" but they dont have it. I would not recommend shopping at this store period.
