Wow! Just called this store to ask if they had Fabri-Tac adhesive in stock. First, the guy who picked up answered with just a "hello?" As if he were picking up his cell phone... I asked if they had Fabri-Tac in stock, the call went silent for a second, and music started playing. (I assumed he put me on hold) When another guy picked up, I asked to speak to a manager. After asking the manager if they had Fabri-Tac adhesive he relied with a "I dont know what you mean, what are you saying?" I then just hung up. Worst customer service... So unprofessional !

I have been in this store many many times. Getting frames is not a speedy business. If you want and are willing to pay - go to a framing store only. I have a had multiple framing jobs done and each has been excellent. Yes it is a slow process but they take the time needed with each individual customer. If you need to hurry and be unique go pay for it elsewhere. The customer service in this store is consistently extraordinary AND at a great price.

The manager on duty today, Christine, is ineffectual, overwhelmed and useless. She would not make eye contact with me or try to help me with my problem. The store itself was disorganized, messy and poorly stocked. This was officially my last trip to Michaels.

I came here for a simple thing. I had to buy 1 pack of stickers for a school project. There was only 1 register open for about 40 people. The line reached the end of the store and back. I regret coming to this store since their service is horrible.

There is a great variety of products, but ....payment lines are always long very few cashiers and if you have a question it is very hard to find a salesperson. When you find it, it is not helpful at all. It happend to me several times.

They have a very friendly and helpful staff. There are long lines every so often but they do try to keep everything moving as fast as possible. Great free and paid classes every month. Fantastic ideas for any DIY project.
