Loved the two floors! This was the first Jo Ann that I have ever been to and after visiting several other locations, it is still my favorite. All the sewing items are upstairs; they offer a variety of fabrics. The sales are also pretty good. Make sure you check their website for coupons. They usually have one that offers 30% off your total purchase, including sale items and a 40% off one item - no sale items. (There are some exclusions so make sure you read that part on the coupon). This location is down the street from the Beverly Center as well as some other great restaurants.

This place is to women what Home Depot often is for men: a wonderland of things to make other things. Two floors, great prices and *frequent* sales. You might buy things that you dont need but you know you need to have "to finally finish that ____ Ive been working on". You will definitely find the actual thing that you meant to buy in the first place, but youll probably also buy a mini-iron, leather shears, a bolt of crushed red velvet from the clearance section and a double wide self-healing cutting mat. This place is great.

very clean and organized, it is a 2 story building with the fabric stuff up top. wheelchair friendly. the only problem I find with it from time to time is when there is a pattern sale or huge craft sale it can be hard to get the stuff you want and the lines can get a bit long at times. so if there is a good sale either come early if not then you will be out of luck especially on patterns. no more than the usual hassle with these type stores though especially in los angeles.

I was just in the store with my sister not to long ago, cashier was delightful. Although a younger lady wasnt very much of help, we asked for a box to put glass jars and what she had provided us useless. Worst costumer service she didnt even smile once didnt look energetic what so ever, I didnt get her name I was at the store at 1pm almost 2pm 7/16. I dont look forward to returning anytime soon.

Jo-Ann people: you can have another star if youll drastically cut back on the strong artificial potpourri stink by the cashier. I was coughing, wheezing and weeping while we checked out. It took more than an hour for the smell to leave my sinuses after we left. Couldnt avoid it because thats where we go to pay. Glad to have your well-stocked store in the neighborhood!

Craft stuff plenty, and in stock, but not a very wide range of decent art supply. . Great service...but some of the emplyees are not very knowledgeable about the mercendise they sell, so I have to check the internet for options, doing so I found out thet some of the items are grosly overpriced. Great location, but short of parking spots mist of the time.

This was my first visit to this store, and I was very impressed. Clean and very well organized along with a very friendly staff. I used go go to the store in Torrance, and that store does have a larger fabric selection. But, it is always a mess there! This location is close enough to to Mood fabrics on labrea, so very convenient to visit both.

The store is always clean and organized. The staff has always been helpful and nice to me but I have seen some staff members get snippy with other customers. The prices for some items are unreasonably high, but there is ALWAYS a coupon on their website.

The patterns are in a horrible mess! The range listed on the front of the drawers has no correlation to the patterns contained in them! However, a really sweet employee helped me find what I was looking for...how flee did it, is beyond me! So thank you!

Great craft store, get the coupons on your phone with their app. Sign up for coupons in the mail. Good place to find materials for art (painting, drawing, etc), knitting, sewing, baking, scrapbooking, jewelry making. You will love it.

Since the staff from the closed Santa Monica store came over, the staff is fantastic... not a big selection but when you can find something it is well worth it --- I found the same fabric as at MOOD for 2/3 the price

Its Jo-Ann. Ample parking. AC inside barely works if at all, and when the sun is shining through glass windows you may find yourself in a really hot spot.
