I am a very frequent customer to ulta ...I love makeup I love hair Im a hairdresser ...every time I go in there Im usually in sweats and no makeup because its my day off and I like to be comfy...the girls in there will not even look at you to say hi unless your dressed to the nines I had a lady and I walk in she was in front of me they say hi with a smile on their face and ask her if she needs anything ..me on the other hand nothing..I was like oh wow okay but whatever Im there to buy something they are honestly the rudest girls I have ever seen I over hear them talking about other employees badly and just have overall bad attitudes not helpful what so ever ..I ask if they have a Certain palette which I know most ulta shave I get a look like Im dumb and all I get is a "no" ...my business will be at the ulta in foxboro they are a lot nicer and more helpful ...work on your customer service skills

Beyond aggravated. I had a appointment to get my makeup done in the Ulta salon at colony place in Plymouth for this Sunday. I was getting my makeup done for my first Christmas family photos! When I arrived I gave her my name and she just stared at me for a while, then proceeded to tell me we do not have you in here. She asked me to wait fiddled with the computer more then said "umm ya that is my fault, I put you in for next Sunday" She asked 2 girls if they could 1 just looked at her the other said she had a project. She just said Im sorry we dont have time to take you and it is her fault she put me in the wrong date. Thank you so much for your help Ulta

My girlfriend and I traveled to Ulta in order to have her eyebrows waxed and to purchase cologne for myself. We arrived around 7, they close at 9. We waited around because we were told to wait by the eye brow waxing area. Then, once we find someone to ask being that employees continued to walk past us, we find out the ONLY employee who does waxing left at 6. I dont understand why that makes sense at such a large store. Why she left early, why the other employees didnt know she left, and why there is only one employee who does said service. In my overall opinion, unacceptable.

If you own a smartphone all you need to do is scan the barcode and you can find it considerably less expensive. It is great for testing before you buy elsewhere though.
