Worst experience in the world. I drove down to the Ulta Beauty from Braintree on a Friday night. Traffic was terrible so I arrived 5 mins late. When I arrived the Esthetician gave me attitude, and was very unprofessional and rude. She looked very inexperienced but the worst was she asked me for a photo of the look I wanted. I told her I did not have a photo but I explained the function I was attending. The Esthetician explained to me that because I was 5 mins later she will basically rush putting on the makeup because the store closed at 9pm. I have been to other Ulta locations and they have never told me such a thing and this was not the first time I have been late. I reached out to the store manager who was also clueless and rude. Im a huge Ulta customer. I go out every weekend and spend at least $200 - $400 at Ulta a month. For me to be such a loyal customer and receive such crappy customer service makes me never want to spend one cent with this company again. They are not professional make up artist. This place is more of an "I cant get a makeup appointment anywhere else emergency"

I recently went here for my junior prom makeup. Im so upset with how it turned out. I told the lady what i wanted and she did the opposite. I honestly looked like a clown. Luckily i had enough time to come home and take it off and re-do it myself before i had to go to prom! worst $45 i ever spent!

Everyone is extremly helpful especially the managers they take time to show u the products and even make recommendations. I love this store and every time i go i have the same experience! Highly recommended!
