Lush is great for people who are looking for natural products for their body. Ive used a few products, but the one product I like is their Dream Cream. Its apparently their most popular product and its also great for people with skin issues like myself. Its great for moisturizing on dry winter days and smells nice. When I was working with the sales associates, they were very enthusiastic and helpful. When I decided to just purchase the cream, they offered to cut a soap sample for me to try at home. They also encouraged me to come back to tell them about my experience with the products. Customer service was wonderful!

theres nothing wrong with store but the staff is so rude for my first time being in the store I walked in to buy lip scrub and a bath bomb and an employee seen me coming to the counter and she knew i was looking at her cause she was looking at me but walked away so i had to stand there and wait for help and i told the staff member who helped me the right way she deserves five stars but the other who left me standing there was down right rude

Very bad shopping experience. The male shop assistant short changed me and didnt apologize. He complained that he had to open the till again. Bad service and will not set foot inside Lush again.
