HORRIBLE customer service. If you want to deal with snooty condescending staff members who are completely clueless about their own stores products, go here. So I went there on Monday the 30th of December, 2015 looking for Hakuhodo brushes because I saw them at the prudential store on display and couldnt inspect them properly. I went to the store at Cambridge hoping to find them again. Right off the bat, I was met with an employee whos never heard of the brand or if Sephora carries them. She called up the employee named "Cassandra" who came with her super crabby (didnt want to use the female dog term) attitude. As if shes doing me a favor by even acknowledging my existence. She showed me only 3 different types of Hakuhodo brushes they have left at the store. When I asked about the MAC 217 dupe that Hakuhodo creates (didnt remember the name top of my head) she said with her usual super rude attitude "we dont carry MAC here". Im thinking WTF.. I KNOW Sephora doesnt carry MAC, Im asking specifically about Hakuhodo. Then she said "know what you want before coming here and do research online". I was seriously taken back with this rude and uncalled for attitude. It was a simple question and i was being VERY polite throughout the process, the attitude was totally uncalled for. Im a frequent card carrying Sephora shopper. I seemed to know more about their products than the stupid staff members they have at that Cambridge Side Galleria mall. Also this was my 3rd time visiting the store, first two times I was completely ignored by the employees.

I go into this Cambridge location today, where I previously had a great experience at. I quickly find out that theyre out of my product and an associate suggests that I go to the counter to see if its available at another location. I walk up to an associate standing by the register tell my story and she offers to look for it. I advise that its not on the floor another associate just looked. She proceeds to hand me back the display and tell me to get in line so that the cashier can help me......ok...... So I as myself, your clearly arent doing anything and so arent the other 8 ppl standing around you so why do I have to wait in a 4 person line???? Needless to say I quickly put the display back and walked out! Really Sephora?!?!? Perfectly made up faces in the store for what?! I seriously hope you get some much needed customer service training!

I am shocked to read any negative reviews for the Cambridgeside Sephora. I have had my makeup done many times for special events by Arturo and Mallory and I couldnt be more pleased. The regular staff have been very helpful too. They know the product lines inside out! I have recommended this particular shop to friends more than other Sephoras. I have probably purchased something from each area at least twice and some departments many, many more times. I cant imagine what happened to shoppers not getting that special Sephora treatment that keeps me returning and recommending. Maybe a second visit would be better??

Totally agreed, HORRIBLE customer SERVICE!!! I opened a blush box to CHECK if it has a brush in there bc I didnt want to spend extra money on a brush if it was not necessary... Then a girl snapped at me saying that "I cant open it bc there are tester" then she walked away rudely. First of all lady so sorry for you if your mom didnt teach you to say PLEASE, second it wasnt my intention to test it as you thought, Its more than OBVIOUS that there are testers everywhere as you said and third I wanted to check if I was able to open it easily with my broken fingers.

I would not recommend this location to anyone!! They have horrible customer service they pretty much pick and choose who they want to be nice to. I came in to purchase products for my skin and the employee was not interested in helping me. I asked if she might have suggestions she simply started walking away so I thanked her and walked away because she clearly didnt have time to help me ( Store was empty) so much for customer service.

The quality is awesome! the products shown are versatile and offer a large range of prices. THe service is good, but being a younger person I often find that I am looked down upon and seen as unqualified for shopping there based on the attitude presented. But over all the people are polite and the appeal and the quality is very good!

Horrible customer service! Very rude and everyone has a crabby attitude. The workers followed me and my friend around the store and then they stopped following when they realized we were making a purchase. They made us very uncomfortable. Im never shopping here again.
