it is sad for brand names like Burberry to hire people who have no manners! it only drives the customer away... I wish there were some regulations when it comes to who works where because its connections now!!! the managers doesnt bother to hire people who really deserve to be there, but only those they know! I guess who suffers?!!!... US! the customers! because we spend hours on the phone with someone who cant understand a word of what youre saying!!!!!!
